Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
Do not overthink your moving company choice. Just call Brightside Moving Group and get a quote. I spent three days comparing prices and reading reviews, and in the end, I went with these guys anyway. The best moving experience I’ve ever had!
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
We hired Brightside moving group for a long distance move from California to Florida. I want to be clear I am seeking nothing other than my dignity after being lied to, deceived, taken advantage of and tricked by a true crime ring disguised as a reputable moving company. From the initial first call down to the final last leg of my move they are all in this together to get as much money from you as possible with deceit. In the end, it is bait and switch tactics that led to my moving "estimate" becoming double of what was originally quoted. They rush everything and then you as a customer waits weeks to get your belongings back in sometimes broken pieces. The most painful part was to see that I signed agreeing to some of their tricks long before I received my items. They know exactly what they are doing and sadly there are always suckers like me to fill in the next line of customers. I feel violated to put it quite bluntly. Buyer beware and do not trust one thing this company or any of the movers that they contract with. They all lie and deceive then each blames the other. My son is still waiting for his items three weeks later for a move that was less than 8 hours away. He refused to allow them to upsell, deceive and lie to him and now he is at their mercy waiting endlessly because they can. Shameful group that deserves to never be in business or customer service.
We used Brightside Moving Group to move my workshop kiln and pottery wheels from NM to VT. The movers handled each piece with care and packed the tools separately. They didn’t rush and kept asking where things should go. Everything was unloaded safely, and my new workspace was ready to use by evening.
I contacted Ralph to help move my collection of old records and speakers. He listened carefully to how I wanted things packed and made sure the boxes stayed upright. The team worked with extreme care the whole day. The setup sounded just as good when unpacked, and I appreciated their attention to small details.
I hired these guys to move my aquarium setup. The team came prepared with proper padding and stands for the tanks. They worked quietly and didn’t spill a drop. It took a few hours, but they stayed patient until every tank was in place and filled again.
I needed to relocate several bird cages and stands. The team showed up early and planned the move well. They didn’t make sudden moves or loud noises, which helped a lot. The cages were set exactly how I wanted in the new spot. I would trust them again with fragile items like these.
I had to transport several antique clocks from LA to UT. They handled each one like it was fragile glass. Every clock was wrapped separately and placed upright. The movers didn’t cut corners or rush.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Brightside Moving Group LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
