The whole experience was so pleasant

We had to move my mom from her house to ours, and Brightside Moving Group packing and moving service made the experience much easier for her. They were neat, organized, and careful with all of her belongings. Everything was packed and labeled by room, so she could easily locate the things she needed once she was settled. They also treated her with patience and respect throughout the move, which our family truly appreciated.

Their punctuality and professionalism really made a difference for us.

We were worried about moving during a busy weekend because we had a strict schedule to follow. Thankfully, the movers arrived exactly when they said they would and worked very efficiently. They kept everything organized, protected our furniture, and loaded the truck carefully. The unloading process was just as smooth. Their punctuality and professionalism really made a difference for us.

Terrible Service.

My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!

They did a great job from start to end

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

Really appreciated their patience and professional attitude.

Our old apartment had a very small elevator, so we expected the move to take much longer than usual. The movers worked around the limitation without any frustration. They carefully loaded each piece, protected the corners, and made several trips when necessary. At the new home, everything was unloaded and placed safely. Really appreciated their patience and professional attitude.

Great team and a very positive experience.

We had a surprisingly large amount of furniture packed into a small apartment, but the movers handled it without any problems. They figured out the best order for removing everything and kept the process moving quickly. Every item was protected before being carried out. They were also careful with the floors and walls. Great team and a very positive experience.
