Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
After renovating our house, we needed help bringing the stored furniture back inside. Brightside Moving Group LLC sent a small crew who moved everything room by room. They placed each item where we needed it without any confusion.
The team from Brightside Moving Group helped me with a move on the same day. They didn't waste time and managed the loading efficiently. I liked how they labeled everything to make unpacking easier later.
We had a great experience with the moving crew, who were both efficient and careful in their work. They managed our furniture and personal belongings responsibly and paid special attention to items that needed extra protection. Everything was unloaded in an orderly fashion, and the team made sure the process was completed without unnecessary complications. Their courteous behaviour and strong work ethic were greatly appreciated.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
Our encounter with Brightside Moving Group LLC was awful. After storing our belongings for about a year, they misplaced roughly half of it, including furniture, keepsakes, wedding pictures, and baby goods. There hasn't been any customer service. They didn't even reply when we offered to come check for our belongings ourselves. Who knows if our belongings were stolen or lost? No explanation has been given to us. The loss of so many sentimental, personal items—things we will never be able to replace—is the saddest part of this financial blow. If you care about your belongings, don't use this company because they don't.
The move with this crew went better than I expected. The team stayed focused the whole time and handled each item properly. They followed instructions and placed things where I asked them to.
Such an incredible performance with an absolutely outstanding level of confidence and style. The way you move, maintain your flow, and express your personality through every step makes your talent even more impressive. It is always refreshing to see someone perform with so much passion and determination. Keep moving forward, because your hard work and commitment can take you to places beyond your imagination.
When relocating my mother to her new home, Scott made sure her items were treated carefully. The staff stayed patient throughout the day and followed our requests exactly, which made the move comfortable for her.
