Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I moved from a third floor apartment, and I was worried about the heavy stuff. They handled it without making it a big deal, and nothing got damaged on the way down or during the drive.
Jeffrey did not stand around while I signed paperwork. He started carrying boxes to the truck immediately. Every minute he was on the clock, he was actually working, and that is rare to see these days.
Solid 5 stars from me. I had 10 boxes, and I was expecting some sort of damage or confusion, but everything showed up in the right rooms without me repeating myself. I was shocked, honestly.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
I had been putting off this move for almost two months because I was dreading the whole process. A colleague suggested Brightside Moving Group, and I finally just booked it. The day went smoother than any move I have done before, and I genuinely wish I had stopped delaying it sooner.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
Everything was organized from the start. I did not have to explain things twice, which made the day go a lot smoother for me.
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
