I was called all morning, so I didn't need to supervise. The crew I had from Brightside Moving Group was great at keeping quiet, texted me when things were happening, and only broke the silence when they really needed to clarify something. I couldn't intervene, and they didn't miss a single thing. Highly satisfied!
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
We couldn't have managed this move without their help! There were several large pieces of furniture that we simply couldn't move ourselves. The crew came in with the right experience and handled everything confidently. They were careful around walls, doors, and floors and made sure the furniture was protected during transportation. Everything went exactly as we hoped, and we are extremely satisfied with their service.

Do not give this company your money if you want your items delivered in any sort of a timely manner, or if you do not have a degree in investigative journalism, because the second they cash your check there is absolutely no follow-up or exchange of information on the whereabouts of your items or any kind of ETA. This company is a moving, which means they will outsource your contract to whatever poor excuse for a moving company they can find, who will then arrive late to pick up your things and then proceed to hold on to them for weeks past the estimated delivery time. We were told we could expect our items within 7 business days of 8/11/26. It is now 8/24/26 and the company that has had our items STILL has not found a driver to deliver to us, and have no answers as to how soon they will get that taken care of (seems pretty counterintuitive of a moving company to not have any available drivers...). We have been sleeping on a mattress pad on the floor for two weeks now because our bed is part of that load, and there is no indication on how much longer we will have to do this for. You are so much better off paying the money to transport your goods yourself via Uhaul, TRUST ME.

Their willingness to help and their positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier.
Overall, I was pleased with the moving service. The crew were professional, careful and easy to work with. They did not make the moving process unduly complicated, whether you were moving large furniture or smaller boxes. Moving isn't always easy and stress-free, but this one went much better than usual because of the reliable crew.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
We had heard plenty of moving horror stories, so we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The crew was on time, courteous, and very efficient, and they handled our belongings with care. Our furniture arrived without scratches, the boxes were in good condition, and the delivery timing was exactly as expected.
