After dealing with other companies before, this felt different. Lewis and other team members arrived around 11 in the morning and started with the loading. It was straightforward and did not feel chaotic at any stage.
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
The whole move was finished in about one day, and I was relieved with how it turned out. I hired the team from Brightside Moving Group to handle my move from PA to NB. There was a full house of packed cartons, storage bins, and a few items I couldn’t lift on my own. They showed up in the morning and got straight to work without making it feel rushed. By the end, all my belongings were inside the new place and ready for me to start unpacking. I’m happy to leave a positive review for a job well done!
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
My partner and I were combining our two one-bedroom apartments into one house. We had duplicate couches, tables, you name it. The movers helped us decide what to take on the spot. They loaded the chosen items efficiently and even helped us donate the old couch by dropping it off on their way.
I own a small shop and had to move all my retail stock. This meant hundreds of boxes, all the same size but different weights. The team used a conveyor belt system right off the truck. They formed a line and just passed the boxes along. It was the fastest loading I’ve ever seen. Everything was inventoried on their sheet.
The team did a fantastic job getting my furniture moved out. They were very strong and handled the heavy lifting without any issues at all. I am glad the day went so well, and the workers were so professional with my belongings. What a relief and helpful move by (Person Name) and his team.

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
