Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
A solid 5 stars because everything went better than expected. The team handled a two-bedroom move without making it feel stressful, and nothing was left behind or damaged. I was comfortable throughout the day.
My move was supposed to start at nine in the morning, but the truck got stuck in traffic and did not arrive until ten thirty. Brightside Moving Group called me ahead of time to let me know which I appreciated because I was not left standing around wondering where they were. They still finished the job by early afternoon, so the delay did not end up mattering much.
The best compliment I can give Brightside Moving Group is that I forgot they were even in my house after a while. That sounds strange, but what I mean is that they were so quiet and so organized and so unobtrusive that I just went about my day in the other rooms while they worked. No loud shouting back and forth. No doors slamming. No furniture scraping against walls. When they finished, they found me to say goodbye, and that was the first time in three hours that I had even thought about them. It was great.
The whole moving process felt a lot easier than I expected. The team stayed organized and made sure everything was packed safely before leaving. I noticed how careful they were with the fragile items, which really mattered to me. Overall, I had a very smooth experience with Brightside Moving Group and would gladly recommend them.
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
My flight was at 6 PM, and I needed to be out of my apartment by noon. The movers arrived at 8 AM, packed my remaining items, loaded the truck, and did the final walk-through with me by 10:30 AM. They stored my items for 3 days until my new place was ready. The timing was flawless and removed all travel day stress.
