These guys deserve every five-star rating they get.

I moved my gym to a new spot and was really stressed about missing days of training with my members. This crew from Brightside Moving Group helped move the heavy weights and the front desk gear without any problems. The whole process felt under control, and they didn't waste any time getting the machines inside the building. We were able to start our classes again much sooner than I thought. It was a relief that the move didn't mess up the routine we worked so hard to build.

They did a great job from start to end

This crew assisted me with the move from a studio apartment to a home my partner was living in. They moved it small, but what was impressive to me is that they still tried. They were able to repack a couple of boxes which, I did not tape well. The delivery was also on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

Overall, it was a good moving experience.

We used this moving service when my sister moved into her first apartment. She had boxes packed already, but needed help with furniture and transport. The movers loaded the truck in one round and secured the items well. They placed the boxes in the right rooms so she could unpack easily later. Overall, it was a good moving experience.

This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!

I will definitely hire them again for future moves.

I was nervous about hiring movers, but the crew made the experience easy. They stayed polite, worked steadily, and made sure every box ended up in the right place.

It was a very positive experience.

My parents moved out of their old house after thirty years, and it was a big day. The movers were patient, understanding, and took great care with every piece they handled.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect.

This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!

It was a good experience for our first big move.

We used this company for a long distance move when we bought our first house. We had a lot of garden tools and a heavy lawnmower in the shed. The movers loaded the shed items first, and then they got the furniture from the house. John was very friendly and he made sure the lawnmower did not leak oil on our other boxes. They worked quickly, and the price was fair for the amount of work they did. It was a good experience for our first big move.

Terrible Service.

My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
