100% SCAM!!

have used this service twice before and they are very good at what they do. Just beware of the persons they sent sometimes they’re foreigners and it’s super hard to communicate with them. They messed up my last move and would not make it right. They told me to put a claim online and wait. If you will work with this company make sure to put everything in an email and make sure to be on top of the movers every single minute because if they mess up the won’t make it right. On top of that they asked for a tip…. Terrible customer service.

Very helpful team

The customer service was excellent with a big shout out to Millie. She was brilliant throughout and went above and beyond, sometimes answering queries long after hours and weekends. I would definitely recommend Brightside Moving .

DO NOT hire this company!

I suppose this is my fault. This is the first time I've used a moving company without a quote. Their refusal to give a quote resulted in a bill over twice what I expected based on similar moves. Because they charge by the hour, they can take their time ,which they did. It wasn't a bad job, but my advice is to never use a company without a quote.

DO NOT USE!

They hired a company that stole over a half of truck load of my belongings! They literally toook the most precious of my belongings. To add insult to injury, they deposited $200.00 in my account to appease me for a $4500.00 move from ATL to Maryland!!!

We highly recommend them!

This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!

I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
