Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Finding parking near our old apartment is impossible. The crew managed the entire load-out using a coordinated system. They parked a block away and used smaller carts to shuttle everything over. They worked fast, so the street wasn't blocked for long. I was really impressed by them.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
My experience with this moving company was not what I expected. The overall process felt disorganized, and communication could have been much better. I was hoping for a smoother and less stressful move. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed.
Hiring Brightside Moving Group turned out to be a great decision for my local move. They were very respectful of my property and handled every box with professional skill. The experience made me very happy with the service I received today.
I appreciated how they stayed consistent throughout the entire process. There was no drop in effort or attention, even towards the end when most people usually get tired. That level of consistency really stood out to me.
I spoke with Patrick before my move, and he explained everything clearly. The crew showed up prepared and did a careful job. The whole process went without a single issue or delay.
I moved into a new place and needed help lifting heavy boxes. The movers came ready with the right tools and helped set things where I wanted. They worked steadily and stayed kind throughout.

This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
