Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
We called these guys for help with our move. The team did their job carefully and finished everything on time. Boxes were put where they belonged, and it made unpacking much easier for us later.
This company handled my relocation last weekend. The movers worked with focus and care, and they stayed respectful throughout. They got the job done on schedule, and I was happy with how it all turned out.
The movers did an outstanding job handling our furniture and delicate belongings. Everything was transported safely, and the entire process went smoothly without any unexpected issues.
The first quote seemed reasonable however 4-days before the move, the cost more than doubled. The justification was that some small items, such as a guitar, was not included in the initial quote and we now needed over 600 cubic ft of space. Long story short, we cancelled this terrible company and completed the move for 360 cubic ft at a cost significantly less than Brightside. Trying to contact sales and qa after paying the deposit was next to impossible. I encourage anyone contemplating this company to check the BBB website to read the significant number of complaints.
I hired this company to help pack before renovation work. The workers labeled boxes by room and used clean materials. Pickup happened as planned, and I appreciated how simple they made the whole process.
Brightside Moving Group helped move my small business last month. The team planned things carefully and labeled everything so unpacking was simple. Delivery came as scheduled, and I was glad to see how smoothly it all completed.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
I appreciated the Brightside Moving Group attention to detail with my requests. There were boxes that had to be placed directly into the bedrooms and ones that should be placed in the garage. They did a good job in following directions and made it easy to unpack.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
I moved into a new townhouse last weekend, and this crew handled the job. They didn’t waste time standing around or checking phones. One of them explained what order they’d load things in, and that made the process flow better. I was unpacking within a few hours of them showing up.
