Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Leaving a home after decades of life can be very emotional. It was a very respectful and patient team at the Brightside Moving Group. They helped to make a hectic day more bearable with their calm demeanor.
This company completely failed to deliver the professional moving service they advertised. Communication was poor from the start, and nobody explained that the delivery date was only an estimate for finding a driver rather than an actual arrival date. My belongings were delayed for days, causing significant inconvenience and unexpected expenses. When I discovered missing items, customer support became defensive and refused to take responsibility. I spent weeks calling different departments before someone finally agreed to help. The entire experience was exhausting, frustrating, and far more stressful than it needed to be. I would absolutely never recommend this company.
The move had to be on a weekday during working hours, and we had to take part of the day off. They were very good at communicating; that was definitely a strong point. They told us about each step they took along the way, stopped when they reached the new address and waited for us to arrive to unload the trucks. We didn't have to hover, and that trust allowed us to focus on other things. We’re very pleased!
This company's staff helped us move into our new apartment from our 2-bedroom rental, and they did a fantastic job packing and unpacking. Our things were thoroughly packed, labeled, and delivered in top-notch condition. We highly recommend them!
I had an amazing experience with this moving company. The team arrived exactly on time and handled all of my belongings with great care. They packed everything securely and made sure nothing was damaged during transportation. The movers were friendly, professional, and worked very efficiently throughout the entire process. Their pricing was fair with no hidden charges. The whole move was completed faster than expected. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable movers.
This was my first time moving and I didn't know what to expect. I was referred to Brightside Moving Group movers by a trusted friend and their experts guided me through all the packing advice, what to expect on moving day, and the moving plan. On the actual moving day, they were efficient and made sure I was kept informed at every step. They helped me with my first move without a hitch!
Honestly, I was impressed by the crew's confidence in using our giant washer and dryer. No tight corners, no narrow hallway, that didn't seem to affect them. They didn't rush through it when it was necessary to make things happen, and arrived at everything in a secure condition. Really experienced people.
Highly satisfied with the service. The movers packed everything securely and completed the job on time. Very reliable and professional team.
Such an incredible performance with an absolutely outstanding level of confidence and style. The way you move, maintain your flow, and express your personality through every step makes your talent even more impressive. It is always refreshing to see someone perform with so much passion and determination. Keep moving forward, because your hard work and commitment can take you to places beyond your imagination.
Everything went according to plan, from packing to final delivery. The movers were careful with our belongings and made sure all boxes reached the right destination.
