Moving company in Blandon, PA
I’ve moved several times, but this was by far my best experience. The movers were friendly, fast, and respectful of my belongings. It was clear they were highly trained professionals who cared about their work.
Best US Moving did an outstanding job with my move from Orlando to Charlotte. The crew—Ben, Adam, and Luke—were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, packed everything with care, and ensured that my belongings were well-protected for the journey. The team was friendly and communicative, keeping me updated throughout the move. When we arrived in Charlotte, they unloaded everything swiftly and placed it exactly where I wanted. Highly recommend, thank you guys!!
1. I was told one thing on the phone, however when movers came, they said the opposite, for example the movers wanted to charge additional for stairs inside the property, wanted to charge to wrap items or use their packing materials and payment if credit card was given would be an additional fee---this is not what was told when booking move; also reached out to customer service, who said they would handle it on their end, however when mentioned credit card payment, she stated that she doesn't understand why schedulers tell customers the wrong thing, knowing there is a fee. 2. Was told they would show me where my furniture ended on the truck and if it was less space required, money would be returned---this did not happen. 3. Multiple items were damaged, including the paint on door. 4. They left trash, advised that it was our trash now and they couldn't take it with them. 5. One of the movers (Antonio) used the bathroom without asking in an upstairs area that he was not authorized to be in and then when it was brought to his attention, the other mover (Adrian) told him not to worry about it because he had let Adrian know that he needed to go---I again reiterated to Antonio to always ask before going into any customers bathroom--(of course I would have let him use a different bathroom if he would have only asked). 6. WOULD NOT reccommend this company (BEST US MOVING) for moving services, not reliable, nor professional and DO NOT stick by what is stated on the phone.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the move! The team was incredibly organized and efficient, working together seamlessly from start to finish. Not only did they finish earlier than expected, but everything arrived in perfect condition—no damage, no hassle. It’s rare to have such a stress-free experience, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism. Definitely made moving feel like a breeze!
