We had furniture moved into storage and then back six months later. Matt gave personalized attention, and both crews were prompt, polite and professional. Will use again.
What stands out for the move is the Jahn called me when they left with an arrival time. They were actually 5 minutes early. They were very professional and moved quickly to wrap all my furniture and get it on the truck. I had two stops, and some heavy large items to move and they were well prepared. Excellent communication as well. I would highly recommend.
10/10 highly recommended! Our home-to-home move was executed perfectly and completed ahead of schedule, which saved us money. Not a single item was scratched or damaged.
The entire move went very smoothly with no issues at all. On top of that, they were both very nice, polite, and respectful throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone moving to a new place!
Friendly, professional, efficient, and made sure things were ready for the transport. We had a lot of heavy items we couldn't move but they had no problem.
This company does not tell you everything, especially when it relates to your concerns. I was looking for an estimate as I was thinking of buying a house and moving but nothing was set. I told them it would be at least 3-4 days before I would know anything. Not once, was I told that if they were not notified in 48 hours, the sizeable (1/3) deposit was nonrefundable. Don't sign anything or do business with them. The man who made the final quote said he was a co-owner, but when I mentioned his name, the company says they've never heard of him. Beware!
They never complained—only looked for creative ways to get things done. At our new home, they delivered each item with precision and great care. I’m very glad we hired them and highly recommend their services! 😊
They took the time to listen to her stories about her belongings and treated her furniture with the utmost respect. They even made sure to set up her favorite armchair and television first so she would have a comfortable spot to sit in her new place while the rest of the move was in progress. It was a very thoughtful gesture. They went above and beyond basic customer service to show genuine kindness. I am so grateful for their help
They were absolute professionals and fantastic guys. Nothing seemed damaged. It was efficient and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Americas Choice Moving Group as well as Will and Robert if you are looking to move. Thanks again guys!
crew were all skilled and efficient with the prepping and loading, and displayed care with moving the items around the property. We’re grateful that they were also able to move out old furniture at our destination to make room for the new ones. Their communication was also very effective; I can tell they are a great team.
