The booking team kept in touch before, during, and after the process to ensure we were having a positive moving experience. I would definitely recommend them!
They worked hard the entire time and the wrapping of my furniture and antiques was done carefully and very thorough! If I asked questions or asked them to wrap things with more blankets, they did it immediately. They also were very creative in problem solving tight spaces and they had the tools to do it. I was most impressed with how they were able to safely pack my furniture into a moving truck with very limited space. They asked my permission for certain things and showed us what they were doing and they got so much in that truck that I’m still amazed. They cleaned up after themselves and I fully trusted their abilities and within several minutes realized I didn’t have to micromanage anything. I would rebook with them any day. Once you call the company and tell them what you need. Their pricing is very transparent and did not deviate upon my service day. I felt that the price was a good value for their hard work.
The two movers did a great job moving all my stuff. Very impressed at how they had a system in place to wrap and transport the items I didn't have boxed up. I was prepared to move the smaller items myself, but they handled then well and swiftly. I highly appreciate the excellent job and being able to accommodate me the same day.
What sets Americas Choice Moving Group apart is their integrity and their people. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did. Furthermore, their packing job was impeccable. We have a lot of fragile artwork, and every single piece arrived intact because they used custom boxes and bubble wrap. The office staff was also lovely—very responsive to emails and text messages. If you are looking for a company that cares about its customers as much as its bottom line, look no further. They are worth every penny.
With all the stuff and furniture we had, We thought it would take them 5+. Once we arrived at the new house, they were just as professional, fast, and incredibly thoughtful. They really paid attention and placed items in the rooms that made sense based on how we had things organized before. They treat your stuff with care too!!
They are true professionals. They were taking apart pieces of furniture I didn’t know could come apart and packing everything so securely and quickly. I lived on the third story with no elevator and it didn’t seem to slow these guys down at all. Everything was moved into my new place without damage and even put back together. They also took all their plastic wrap which was so now I don’t have to discard of that myself. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!
Their attention to detail and conscientious approach gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. To top it all off, pricing was affordable, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for safe, reliable, professional movers.
Friendly, professional, efficient, and made sure things were ready for the transport. We had a lot of heavy items we couldn't move but they had no problem.
Before moving day, they confirmed that all appliances were installed and utilities were on. They arrived with floor protection runners, door frame guards, and corner protectors. They treated my new home like a showroom. The crew was careful but efficient. They navigated the new driveway, which had a slight slope, without issue. They placed furniture according to my floor plan, which I had drawn up in advance. They even helped me decide the best placement for the living room sofa. There was one mishap: a box containing kitchen items was placed in the garage instead of the kitchen. It was quickly corrected when I pointed it out. Minor oversight, but they fixed it immediately.
They took the time to listen to her stories about her belongings and treated her furniture with the utmost respect. They even made sure to set up her favorite armchair and television first so she would have a comfortable spot to sit in her new place while the rest of the move was in progress. It was a very thoughtful gesture. They went above and beyond basic customer service to show genuine kindness. I am so grateful for their help
