They were clean and worked in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
From the first phone call, their team was professional, empathetic, and transparent about pricing. There were absolutely no hidden fees, which was a huge relief. The moving crew arrived exactly on time, wrapped all my furniture with incredible care, and worked tirelessly to get everything loaded. When my items arrived in Texas three days later, not a single thing was scratched or broken. Moving is notoriously stressful, but Americas Choice Moving Group turned a nightmare scenario into a seamless, positive experience. If you need a reliable, honest, and hardworking moving company, look no further!
This company does not tell you everything, especially when it relates to your concerns. I was looking for an estimate as I was thinking of buying a house and moving but nothing was set. I told them it would be at least 3-4 days before I would know anything. Not once, was I told that if they were not notified in 48 hours, the sizeable (1/3) deposit was nonrefundable. Don't sign anything or do business with them. The man who made the final quote said he was a co-owner, but when I mentioned his name, the company says they've never heard of him. Beware!
They helped me with a 60-mile move this week. They got the job done efficiently and flawlessly in 100-degree heat. They wrapped and protected my furniture well, and all my belongings are accounted for. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and care!
They were absolute professionals and fantastic guys. Nothing seemed damaged. It was efficient and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Americas Choice Moving Group as well as Will and Robert if you are looking to move. Thanks again guys!
I want to say thank you to the Americas Choice Moving Group team! The crew was friendly, hardworking, and efficient. They took good care of my furniture and made moving much less stressful.
We’ve used other moving services in the past and we were lucky if they showed up on time when they said they would. Americas Choice Moving Group showed up on time and their communication was always top-notch. I can’t recommend them enough.
What stands out for the move is the Jahn called me when they left with an arrival time. They were actually 5 minutes early. They were very professional and moved quickly to wrap all my furniture and get it on the truck. I had two stops, and some heavy large items to move and they were well prepared. Excellent communication as well. I would highly recommend.
They took the time to listen to her stories about her belongings and treated her furniture with the utmost respect. They even made sure to set up her favorite armchair and television first so she would have a comfortable spot to sit in her new place while the rest of the move was in progress. It was a very thoughtful gesture. They went above and beyond basic customer service to show genuine kindness. I am so grateful for their help
10/10 highly recommended! Our home-to-home move was executed perfectly and completed ahead of schedule, which saved us money. Not a single item was scratched or damaged.
