They took care of the furniture with proper wrapping and were moved intact without any damages. They were punctual and arrived on time as promised and charged exactly the amount they quoted without any last-minute surprises. I definitely recommend them.
What sets Americas Choice Moving Group apart is their integrity and their people. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did. Furthermore, their packing job was impeccable. We have a lot of fragile artwork, and every single piece arrived intact because they used custom boxes and bubble wrap. The office staff was also lovely—very responsive to emails and text messages. If you are looking for a company that cares about its customers as much as its bottom line, look no further. They are worth every penny.
We had furniture moved into storage and then back six months later. Matt gave personalized attention, and both crews were prompt, polite and professional. Will use again.
My experience from start to finish was excellent. They provided great customer service, explained how the move is coordinated, how they charge for the move, and coordinated dates to fit my schedule. The movers themselves were professional, very careful with my furnishings and collections. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported without a hitch. Nothing broken, scratched or damaged! I was delighted. The movers unloaded in my new location efficiently and were very accommodating. The quote given to me was based on what I believed my inventory was; however, it was increased - and fairly so - because I underestimated exactly how much I had to move.
There were complications with getting the move completed by the agreed upon time frame. Sarah provided excellent customer service to ensure our truck was delivered on time and at the agreed upon price. I know she spent a great deal of time and made numerous phone calls to locate a driver that was willing and able to accommodate this transport. Her willingness and determination to help was outstanding.
From the first phone call, their team was professional, empathetic, and transparent about pricing. There were absolutely no hidden fees, which was a huge relief. The moving crew arrived exactly on time, wrapped all my furniture with incredible care, and worked tirelessly to get everything loaded. When my items arrived in Texas three days later, not a single thing was scratched or broken. Moving is notoriously stressful, but Americas Choice Moving Group turned a nightmare scenario into a seamless, positive experience. If you need a reliable, honest, and hardworking moving company, look no further!
We got quotes from several companies, but Americas Choice Moving Group stood out because they actually listened to our needs rather than just throwing a number at us. The estimator was patient and explained how the pricing worked, so there were no surprises later. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and was incredibly efficient. They wrapped our antique furniture like it was their own. What impressed me most was the communication during the transit. We knew exactly where our belongings were. When they arrived in NC, they unloaded everything in record time, and not a single glass was broken. It’s rare to find a moving company that delivers on its promises, but this team did. If you are planning a long-distance move, do yourself a favor and hire Americas Choice Moving Group. They turned a chaotic life event into a smooth transition.
They handled my electronics and home office setup with great care. The logistics were flawless; the truck arrived exactly when they said it would. I was able to start working from my new home office immediately because they prioritized setting up my desk and computer. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch, from the office coordinators to the guys lifting the boxes. They wore shoe covers to protect my new floors and were polite the entire time. If you are a company looking for a reliable mover or an employee being relocated, Americas Choice Moving Group is the gold standard.
We’ve used other moving services in the past and we were lucky if they showed up on time when they said they would. Americas Choice Moving Group showed up on time and their communication was always top-notch. I can’t recommend them enough.
Honestly this team will be my go to movers from now on- they make the process seamless, they are responsive and a pleasure to work with!
