They pulled our items out of storage, loaded them, and delivered them to our new home. The furniture was in the exact same condition as when it went into storage. The actual moving part was great

The actual moving part was great, but the customer service is what earned this five-star review. I had to change my move date twice due to a delay in my real estate closing, and America's Choice Moving Group was incredibly accommodating. They didn't charge me extra fees for the date changes and were very understanding. The representative I spoke with, Sarah, was a lifesaver. She walked me through the paperwork and calmed my nerves. On the day of the move, the guys were cheerful and polite, which made the day much less stressful. It’s clear this company values its customers. I felt like a person, not just a number.
