They were all very professional, polite, and considerate of my belongings and my house. They took the time to make sure everything was where I wanted it to be. Will definitely be hiring them again!
The entire loading process took less time than we expected, and they even organized the truck so efficiently that everything fit in one trip, saving us money. At the new house, they placed every box and piece of furniture exactly where we asked, and reassembled our beds.. Before leaving, the crew leader walked through the entire house with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. The final bill matched the original estimate almost to the dollar. Americas Choice Moving Group exceeded every expectation, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Moving is usually a nightmare, but this company turned it into a genuinely pleasant experience.
After my father passed, we needed to move his entire estate, including antiques and sentimental items. Americas Choice Moving Group was compassionate, patient, and extremely careful. They treated every item with respect and helped us sort and store things we weren't ready to part with. Their kindness meant so much during a difficult time.
The actual moving part was great, but the customer service is what earned this five-star review. I had to change my move date twice due to a delay in my real estate closing, and America's Choice Moving Group was incredibly accommodating. They didn't charge me extra fees for the date changes and were very understanding. The representative I spoke with, Sarah, was a lifesaver. She walked me through the paperwork and calmed my nerves. On the day of the move, the guys were cheerful and polite, which made the day much less stressful. It’s clear this company values its customers. I felt like a person, not just a number.
The crew from Americas Choice Moving Group was punctual and very efficient. They loaded our 3-bedroom house in about 4 hours. The delivery window was accurate, and they reassembled our beds for us. Highly recommend for long hauls
The driver was friendly and professional, and the office staff answered every question promptly. Highly recommended for anyone moving across the country!
I am notoriously frugal, and I did weeks of research before choosing a mover. I got quotes from five different companies, and America's Choice Moving Group was not the cheapest, but they were the most transparent. Their quote was binding, and they explained exactly why the cost was what it was. Many other companies gave me a lowball estimate that I knew would balloon on moving day. America's Choice Moving Group gave me a realistic estimate and stuck to it. The crew was efficient, which saved me money in the long run since they charge by the hour for local moves. They didn't lollygag or take excessive breaks. They worked hard from the moment they arrived until the last box was off the truck.
"I was honestly a ball of panic because moving is so stressful, but they completely changed the experience. They handled everything with such care, kindness, and patience that I felt at ease almost immediately. Nothing felt rushed, nothing was damaged, and they made what I expected to be an overwhelming day feel effortless. What truly sets Top Tier Moving apart is how much they genuinely care about their customers. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. On top of all that, their pricing is more than reasonable, especially for the exceptional service they provide. If you’re looking for movers you can trust, look no further. I would recommend Americas Choice Moving Group and Guram to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for making one of the most stressful days of my life so much easier. I’ll never forget your kindness."
They coordinated with building management, secured the freight elevator, and protected the lobby floors during the move. The crew was courteous, efficient, and extremely careful with my furniture and artwork. They finished ahead of schedule and charged exactly what they quoted. I'm beyond impressed with this company and will be recommending them to all my neighbors.
On moving day, the crew arrived right on time. They were professional, uniformed, and incredibly efficient. They wrapped my grandmother’s antique china cabinet with such care—it looked like a mummy by the time they were done! They treated my belongings as if they were their own. The loading process was organized, and they maximized the space in the truck perfectly. The driver kept in touch with me throughout the transit, giving me updates on their location and estimated arrival time. When my items arrived in Florida, everything was accounted for. Not a single glass was broken, and the furniture was in pristine condition. Unloading was just as fast as the loading.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Americas Choice Moving Group holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
