Exceptional Moving Experience with American National Movers
I recently used American National Movers, and I can confidently say this was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first phone call, their customer service was friendly, clear, and patient in answering all my questions. They provided a detailed estimate and explained the process so there were no surprises later on. On moving day, the crew arrived exactly on time and came prepared. They were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and handled with attention, including fragile items and larger pieces that required extra care. I was especially impressed with how organized they were—everything was labeled and loaded efficiently, which made unloading much easier. What really stood out was their attitude. Even with heavy lifting and a long day, the team stayed positive and courteous. They checked in with me throughout the move, made sure items were placed exactly where I wanted them, and never made me feel rushed or like I was in the way. When everything was unloaded, all of my belongings were in perfect condition—no scratches, no damage, nothing missing. The final cost matched the original estimate, which I truly appreciated since that’s not always the case with moving companies. American National Movers turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and well-organized experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional movers, and I would gladly use them again in the future.

TLDR: Three missed delivery dates, half my money collected over Venmo to a stranger, and now total silence. Still don't have my stuff.
TLDR: Three missed delivery dates, half my money collected over Venmo to a stranger, and now total silence. Still don't have my stuff. Hired American National Movers for a partial-load move from Florida to San Diego, around $3,600. Pickup on June 2 went fine, which makes sense, because that's the part where they collect your money. After that it fell apart. I was told my first available delivery date was June 15, a date my project manager Chris put in writing himself. Then it became a June 21-23 window. Both came and went with no delivery and no warning. Then I was told June 29. That passed too. Three promised dates, zero deliveries. Once they had my deposit and half the balance, communication died. Calls, texts, and emails to the office, to Chris, and to the carrier "Frank" all go unanswered. Complete radio silence while a stranger holds everything I own. A few things that should have been red flags: half the payment was collected by Venmo to a random personal name, which no legitimate company does. And when I asked Chris about the June 15 date he set in writing, he acted like he never said it. As of writing this, I have no belongings and no way to reach a single human being. Do not use this company.

Stress Free Cross Country Move – Highly Recommend
I recently used American National Movers for a cross-country move from Los Angeles to Atlanta, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Moving across the country is never easy, but they made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. From the first phone call, their customer service team was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing and the moving timeline. They provided a detailed estimate and stuck to it—no surprise charges, which I really appreciated. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early), in uniform, and with all the necessary equipment. They treated my belongings with great care—wrapping furniture, boxing up fragile items, and even disassembling and reassembling my bed and desk. Not a single item was damaged or lost, and everything arrived exactly when they said it would. What really impressed me was how professional and courteous the movers were throughout. Even when the freight elevator in my new apartment building caused some unexpected delays, they handled it with patience and a positive attitude. I’ve moved several times in the past and have had my fair share of horror stories, but American National Movers restored my faith in the industry. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy movers, these are your people. I will definitely be using them again in the future
