Moving company in Dallas, TX
All upholstered furniture was securely covered with heavy-duty plastic when being transported to prevent any damage to the furniture from dust and moisture.
The movers were never impatient with me when I was taking my time or needed a moment to collect my thoughts. They were just working, respecting my space. It was one of those situations where it wasn't just a moving day, it was a transition, and it was handled well.
We recently moved into a beautiful new home, and the team was very respectful and placed each piece of furniture where we wanted it.
Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Another very emotional time of my life was when I had to move. I was not in the best state to make such a transition. However, AM Moving Company did not make me feel as if I was in a hurry to do anything. They made everything simple for me. My situation was made easier because of this, I appreciate this.
I appreciated how organized and efficient the movers were. Every box was placed in the correct room, making unpacking much easier. The entire move went better than I expected.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
The team arrived ready to go and quickly brought orders to my disorganized boxes. They moved my large bookshelf through the narrow hallways without scratching the walls. I was surprisingly calm by the time the process was complete.
I was moving a piano, some large bookshelves and a ridiculously heavy sectional sofa, so I had my share of issues. The movers arrived with their tools and were well experienced in moving difficult items. They measured the doorways, plotted the route and moved everything without damaging the walls. The piano was particularly cared for. In fact, they knew how to maneuver not just normal-sized boxes.
I couldn't have asked for anything better! My last-minute move was made easy by AM Moving Company. They came with extra packing gear, knew how to pack, loaded everything like an expert and I was completely surprised. It was a wonderful job, no effort was required on my part and somehow it fit together perfectly. I would gladly use them again!
