Moving company in Dallas, TX
They arrived exactly as scheduled and took such great care with my belongings that I never once had to worry. From start to finish, the team worked with a level of professionalism and respect that truly stood out.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
Every item was wrapped, packed, and transported with precision. Their proactive communication, punctuality, and commitment to ensuring a seamless move reflected true professionalism and attention to detail.
Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Exceptional customer service from a highly professional and compassionate team. They took the time to fully understand my concerns and handled everything with impressive patience. I left the interaction feeling valued and appreciated.
They packed everything carefully, transported it safely, and even helped us set up in our new home. Their professionalism and good energy really stood out. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a hassle-free moving experience with a personal touch.
I was moving a piano, some large bookshelves and a ridiculously heavy sectional sofa, so I had my share of issues. The movers arrived with their tools and were well experienced in moving difficult items. They measured the doorways, plotted the route and moved everything without damaging the walls. The piano was particularly cared for. In fact, they knew how to maneuver not just normal-sized boxes.
They made sure nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged in the process, wrapping and securing everything so thoroughly that I didn’t have to worry about a single item.
I couldn't have asked for anything better! My last-minute move was made easy by AM Moving Company. They came with extra packing gear, knew how to pack, loaded everything like an expert and I was completely surprised. It was a wonderful job, no effort was required on my part and somehow it fit together perfectly. I would gladly use them again!
They went above and beyond to ensure every belonging was handled properly, leaving everything in perfect condition when they were done.
