Moving company in Dallas, TX
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
We recently moved into a beautiful new home, and the team was very respectful and placed each piece of furniture where we wanted it.
Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I appreciated how organized and efficient the movers were. Every box was placed in the correct room, making unpacking much easier. The entire move went better than I expected.
That right there won me over. They were friendly and worked very hard to get all of my belongings moved. They were cautious and respectful. It is nice to see a company that actually lives up to their promises.
The team arrived ready to go and quickly brought orders to my disorganized boxes. They moved my large bookshelf through the narrow hallways without scratching the walls. I was surprisingly calm by the time the process was complete.
All upholstered furniture was securely covered with heavy-duty plastic when being transported to prevent any damage to the furniture from dust and moisture.
Some of my belongings were not handled with the level of care I expected. I noticed damage to one of the furniture pieces after everything was unloaded. The issue was disappointing, especially considering how carefully I had prepared the items. Overall, I was dissatisfied.
They disassembled only what was necessary and protected all edges. Nothing scraped or chipped. It was impressive to watch them solve problems on the fly. Everything went together perfectly at the new location.
Luckily, AM Moving Company was able to arrange my move within no time, which helped ease my anxiety somewhat. The team arrived early, was very attentive, and kept everything in order during the move. They even handled my fragile items well, seeming to understand how stressful moving is.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. AM Moving Company holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
