Moving company in Dallas, TX
The movers were professional and respectful of the household belongings. They prepared the furniture properly before loading it onto the truck. The unloading was done carefully and in the correct areas. Their attention to detail made the move more manageable.
Initially, we were just moving a few blocks, so we didn't think we would need movers. I'm glad we finally decided to use the team's services, though. These guys were so efficient; there was no time wasted on loading and unloading, and they even helped us arrange things in the appropriate rooms so we weren't in a state of chaos. Worth every penny!
All upholstered furniture was securely covered with heavy-duty plastic when being transported to prevent any damage to the furniture from dust and moisture.
I was relocating for a new job and didn't know how to arrange around the change. I found this company and it was a piece of cake after that. From the first phone call, their team of experts guided me through everything. They were on time and really efficient on the moving day. They had a very structured way of doing things and everything went perfectly, my stuff was delivered on time and nothing more to the point. Bravo to them!
Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Moving day was extremely stressful since we had to move from our old home by a particular time. The crew acted swiftly but not recklessly. We moved out of the old place at the agreed time and into the new place without any added stress.
I was moving a piano, some large bookshelves and a ridiculously heavy sectional sofa, so I had my share of issues. The movers arrived with their tools and were well experienced in moving difficult items. They measured the doorways, plotted the route and moved everything without damaging the walls. The piano was particularly cared for. In fact, they knew how to maneuver not just normal-sized boxes.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
The crew seemed rushed and didn't pay much attention while carrying furniture. A few walls were lightly marked during the move. I expected more care and professionalism.
We traveled to another part of town with 3 stops. The movers were very careful to do things correctly and had it all wrapped up in no time. Kudos!
