Moving company in Dallas, TX
All upholstered furniture was securely covered with heavy-duty plastic when being transported to prevent any damage to the furniture from dust and moisture.
Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Every item was wrapped, packed, and transported with precision. Their proactive communication, punctuality, and commitment to ensuring a seamless move reflected true professionalism and attention to detail.
Some of my belongings were not handled with the level of care I expected. I noticed damage to one of the furniture pieces after everything was unloaded. The issue was disappointing, especially considering how carefully I had prepared the items. Overall, I was dissatisfied.
They made sure nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged in the process, wrapping and securing everything so thoroughly that I didn’t have to worry about a single item.
After the delivery was made, they even went a step further by helping unpack boxes, easing the burden of settling into my new home and making the entire experience stress-free.
They went above and beyond to ensure every belonging was handled properly, leaving everything in perfect condition when they were done.
They arrived exactly as scheduled and took such great care with my belongings that I never once had to worry. From start to finish, the team worked with a level of professionalism and respect that truly stood out.
Their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional care in handling our belongings. The entire process—from scheduling to final delivery was smooth, well-coordinated, and stress free.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
