The crew seemed rushed and didn't pay much attention while carrying furniture. A few walls were lightly marked during the move. I expected more care and professionalism.
Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Some furniture was handled too roughly during the fictional relocation. The crew seemed to struggle when carrying a larger item through a narrow passage. I felt that more care should have been taken around the walls and door frames. The handling could have been much more cautious.

Order #CO-88234 went off without a hitch using Truck #T-701. We covered and protected our marble-top coffee table by using thick cardboard corner protectors and stretch wrap. The cargo space was filled systematically with 4-wheel panel carts, like a game of Tetris.
The sofa was difficult to move through the doorway, and it ended up hitting the wall during the process. I was concerned about both the furniture and the wall after seeing what happened. More careful handling around tight spaces would have been better. Overall, I expected greater attention during the move.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.

I couldn't have asked for anything better! My last-minute move was made easy by AM Moving Company. They came with extra packing gear, knew how to pack, loaded everything like an expert and I was completely surprised. It was a wonderful job, no effort was required on my part and somehow it fit together perfectly. I would gladly use them again!
