Some of my belongings were not handled with the level of care I expected. I noticed damage to one of the furniture pieces after everything was unloaded. The issue was disappointing, especially considering how carefully I had prepared the items. Overall, I was dissatisfied.

I was moving a piano, some large bookshelves and a ridiculously heavy sectional sofa, so I had my share of issues. The movers arrived with their tools and were well experienced in moving difficult items. They measured the doorways, plotted the route and moved everything without damaging the walls. The piano was particularly cared for. In fact, they knew how to maneuver not just normal-sized boxes.
I was relocating for a new job and didn't know how to arrange around the change. I found this company and it was a piece of cake after that. From the first phone call, their team of experts guided me through everything. They were on time and really efficient on the moving day. They had a very structured way of doing things and everything went perfectly, my stuff was delivered on time and nothing more to the point. Bravo to them!
Crossing state lines can always be stressful, but this company made it easy. The estimate was good, each box has been clearly marked by room and the driver informed us of our estimated time of arrival. Couldn't ask for a better interstate experience.
All upholstered furniture was securely covered with heavy-duty plastic when being transported to prevent any damage to the furniture from dust and moisture.

Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
Moving day was extremely stressful since we had to move from our old home by a particular time. The crew acted swiftly but not recklessly. We moved out of the old place at the agreed time and into the new place without any added stress.
