Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
The team was on time, professional, and handled my belongings with care. They worked efficiently and finished ahead of schedule. Communication was clear throughout the process, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable movers!
They showed up with all the right packing gear, wrapped my TV, artwork, and musical instruments better than I could’ve done myself. Everything arrived in perfect shape and they helped me set up my heavy furniture before leaving. I’m so glad I chose them instead of trying to move everything myself. I will definitely recommended this company.
Our family had to move into a bigger house, and these movers were incredible. They arrived early, came fully prepared, and worked nonstop until the job was done. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. At the new house, they placed everything where I wanted and even helped assemble a bed frame.
All upholstered furniture was securely covered with heavy-duty plastic when being transported to prevent any damage to the furniture from dust and moisture.
They used extra padding and special equipment to make sure nothing got scratched or damaged. They kept me updated about the delivery schedule so I was never left wondering where my stuff was. When it all arrived, nothing was broken or missing, everything was exactly as it was when it left. I’ve never had a smoother move, especially on short notice.
I was moving a piano, some large bookshelves and a ridiculously heavy sectional sofa, so I had my share of issues. The movers arrived with their tools and were well experienced in moving difficult items. They measured the doorways, plotted the route and moved everything without damaging the walls. The piano was particularly cared for. In fact, they knew how to maneuver not just normal-sized boxes.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
