Poor service from start to finish. The moving team seemed unprepared and the process was not handled professionally. I had difficulty getting clear answers when problems came up. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I was distressed about my fragile decorations and glass objects. AM Moving Company took fantastic care of them and knew what they were doing.
I was moving a piano, some large bookshelves and a ridiculously heavy sectional sofa, so I had my share of issues. The movers arrived with their tools and were well experienced in moving difficult items. They measured the doorways, plotted the route and moved everything without damaging the walls. The piano was particularly cared for. In fact, they knew how to maneuver not just normal-sized boxes.
Furniture was handled carefully, even though it was old. Nothing was broken or damaged. The whole experience was very steady and respectful. Everything made it to the destination in one piece. It was very smooth.
The movers from AM Moving Company went out of their way to pack each item separately and place them in separate sections of the moving truck. They were able to explain in detail how they were going to protect each item, and I felt relieved throughout the process. When all the items were delivered to the new house in pristine condition, I was relieved.
Some of my belongings were not handled with the level of care I expected. I noticed damage to one of the furniture pieces after everything was unloaded. The issue was disappointing, especially considering how carefully I had prepared the items. Overall, I was dissatisfied.
Poor experience with the moving crew. The process was not handled as smoothly as expected and important information was not communicated clearly. I had to spend too much time following up. This was definitely not the service I hoped for.
They quickly found an available moving company and coordinated the booking. Despite the short notice, the process was handled efficiently, and the broker remained responsive throughout the move.
I moved from Indiana to Ohio and was nervous with all the fragile furniture I have, but Cole and his team were so careful with our things and fast! Definitely recommend going with these guys!
They worked as a team and communicated constantly. I never felt worried about the damage. Items were secured properly in the truck. Unloading went just as smoothly. It felt like a well-coordinated operation. I was impressed by their strength and planning.
