Moving company in Miami, FL
A1a Movers has impressed me greatly. The one-bedroom apartment was tough to move to the ground floor via elevator, but they managed it without complaining. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Their efforts were really appreciated.
I recently hired A1A Movers for our family move out of state & I highly recommended them. The movers took the time to carefully wrap our furniture & fragile items. We needed our shipment delivered within a certain timeframe & they made it happen.
Nothing but good things to say about this company. My long-distance move was seamless. The moving crew was punctual, worked diligently and delivered all my things on time. I recommend them highly!
Moving with kids can be tough, but the team was so patient and made sure everything was done quickly. Impressive Moving Team.
We went for the packing and unpacking service. The packing team did a great job, and the unpacking crew made our new place look great. It was a hassle-free option.
This relocation company is second to none. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were very careful with my possessions. They are the ones I will hire the next time I move.
Thankfully, this company's customer support representatives were very helpful and competent. They packed and wrapped my décor items in bubble wrap and labeled them fragile stickers. They performed an excellent job and were trustworthy and diligent.
May 1st, 2024 If there was a 0 stars, I would have chosen that. They don't even deserve one star. My mother passed away I wanted to get some of her stuff moved from California to Oklahoma. I messaged with several moving companies and even had ones with less expensive quotes but I liked the saleswoman (Anne) at A1A Movers, we chatted about people who have passed. She seemed genuine. All our conversations happened through text because I wanted everything in black and white. No, I said, she said. The day of pickup, the movers got there and right away, said that it's going to be doubled of what was quoted. I said uh no! I have through text messages that there wouldn't be any price changes and that was the price. They insisted on doubling the price. I got on the phone with the dispatcher and A1A and told the movers to leave. I said not falling for the bait and switch game. I asked for a refund of my deposit and chatted with several people at A1A. Sent them the text messages on how the price was not going to change. After going round and round. One of the managers called me and said no refund and hung up. Do not use this company. They will rip you off.
Exceptional care demonstrated by Gomez moving team when packing and handling my heavy gym equipment. They thoroughly packed every piece with foam padding, bubble wrap and thick fabric cloth and even encased them in larger crates for extra protection. Plus they also moved my peloton and treadmill and delivered them all in one piece! I’m impressed with the efforts they put in for their customers’ satisfaction!
A smooth move to FL. The movers were fast and packed and delivered my possessions in a day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
