This is the worst moving company you can hire! Don't do this to yourself. I am writing regarding my household-goods shipment picked up in California on July 26, 2026, for delivery to Idaho. I was advised that delivery would occur within 10 business days from August 6, 2026. That delivery period expired and when I reached out you said 30 business days, that too has now expired, and I have received neither my shipment nor any notice explaining the delay or providing a new delivery date. I don't know where my stuff is and with no communication it feels like they have stolen it. Do not use this company.

Excellent!!

We were downsizing after the kids left and I dreaded sorting forty years of stuff. Jaime came out for a walkthrough, pointed out what was worth moving and what wasn't, and never made me feel silly for keeping so much. The crew wrapped my grandmother's quilts and the dining set separately and labeled every box by room. In Greenville everything went exactly where I wanted it. Total was $7,400, same as the estimate.

Great Service

Small business run from home means office equipment, inventory, and fragile merchandise mixed in with the regular household. I needed someone who would treat the business side like a commercial job. Philip brought specialized packing materials, created a separate inventory for the business items, and loaded them so they could be offloaded straight into the new home office in Durham, NC. Unboxing was smooth because of that organization. Bill $8,500.

Relocating to be closer to a major medical center in Delray Beach, FL where my husband would be receiving ongoing treatment. The move needed to happen quickly and without added stress during an already difficult time for our family leaving Denver, CO. John was aware of our situation from the first call and conducted the entire engagement with extraordinary sensitivity. Handled all logistics independently, asked only the questions that absolutely needed answers from us, and gave my husband every possible accommodation on moving day. Comfortable place to sit, no need to make decisions, crew that worked quietly and respectfully around his needs. Everything arrived safely and on time. Cost $9,200. Retired contractor. High standards. I have seen sloppy crews destroy homes and furniture and I was not going to let that happen to a lifetime of belongings from Montgomery, MN. Jerry knew what he was dealing with the moment I started asking questions. He welcomed every one and gave specific answers. On the day the crew used furniture dollies, floor runners, corner guards on every doorframe, stretch wrap on every upholstered piece. Not a wall scuffed. Not a floor scratched. Custom workshop tools inventoried and padded with the same care as the furniture. Everything solid in Bainbridge, GA. Bill $12,300.

Brilliant Job

My wife's health required a warmer drier climate as soon as possible. Short timeline and a lot of anxiety leaving Yorkville, IL. Jerry took it in stride, expedited the schedule, and made sure the crew treated our belongings with the same urgency the situation called for. When the new rental in Cross Plains, WI was not ready on the exact day he personally helped us source short term storage. He did not have to. Total $10,700. When your family is going through something hard it matters who you call.

Well Done

Unique situation. New home in Charlotte, NC not fully ready and we needed a partial delivery. About forty percent of our belongings needed to go directly into a storage unit while the remaining sixty percent went to the house. Jaime mapped out which items belonged in which destination, color coded every box and piece of furniture before loading from Fort Worth, TX, and had two delivery plans in hand when he arrived. Storage unit portion delivered first, organized for easy access, stacked in a way that would let us pull items in the order we would need them. House delivery clean and placed exactly as planned. Cost $9,100. Ability to manage a split delivery without a single mix up shows exceptional organizational skill.
