Assigned each older child a specific role in the process, keeping them busy and giving them ownership of the move, while the crew handled the heavy lifting. Organized the loading by destination room at the new house in Dallas, TX, which made the unloading process remarkably efficient. Every child's room was set up before he and the crew left, which meant bedtime that night was completely normal. Cost for a genuinely massive household move $13,000. This is the worst moving company you can hire! Don't do this to yourself. I am writing regarding my household-goods shipment picked up in California on July 26, 2026, for delivery to Idaho. I was advised that delivery would occur within 10 business days from August 6, 2026. That delivery period expired and when I reached out you said 30 business days, that too has now expired, and I have received neither my shipment nor any notice explaining the delay or providing a new delivery date. I don't know where my stuff is and with no communication it feels like they have stolen it. Do not use this company.
