Move # AA650065

This is the worst moving company you can hire! Don't do this to yourself. I am writing regarding my household-goods shipment picked up in California on July 26, 2026, for delivery to Idaho. I was advised that delivery would occur within 10 business days from August 6, 2026. That delivery period expired and when I reached out you said 30 business days, that too has now expired, and I have received neither my shipment nor any notice explaining the delay or providing a new delivery date. I don't know where my stuff is and with no communication it feels like they have stolen it. Do not use this company.

Fantastic Movers!!

My wife is an interior designer. Every room carefully considered, furniture often custom or antique, nothing from a big box store. The move from Denver, CO required a level of care and aesthetic awareness most companies are not prepared for. Philip walked through the house with the attention of a professional curator. Asked about provenance of specific pieces, noted fragile finishes, ordered custom wrap for three pieces with unusual surfaces. Crew slow and methodical with the high value items, efficient with the rest. My wife, who is not easy to impress, felt truly respected when everything arrived in San Antonio, TX. Total $15,200.

Thank You

I own a lot of art supplies and sculpture, some of it fragile. Jerry built crates around the pieces and tracked them on a list. All delivered whole. $12,900.

Best Crew

I hate surprises. I got none. Chris was early, the quote was $8,400 and the bill was $8,400. The crew worked quickly and smiled the entire time.

Thumbs Ups!!

Particularly brutal winter and I was worried about weather affecting the timeline and the safety of our belongings leaving Bellevue, WA. Philip addressed it proactively on the planning call. Weather contingency already built in. On the day the temperature dropped overnight and there was ice on the driveways. He arrived with extra floor protection for the wet conditions, adjusted footwear for safety, and managed loading to minimize how long furniture sat in the cold. Every item protected against the elements. Delivery to Rancho Cucamonga, CA smooth. Total $10,100.

Retired contractor. High standards. I have seen sloppy crews destroy homes and furniture and I was not going to let that happen to a lifetime of belongings from Montgomery, MN. Jerry knew what he was dealing with the moment I started asking questions. He welcomed every one and gave specific answers. On the day the crew used furniture dollies, floor runners, corner guards on every doorframe, stretch wrap on every upholstered piece. Not a wall scuffed. Not a floor scratched. Custom workshop tools inventoried and padded with the same care as the furniture. Everything solid in Bainbridge, GA. Bill $12,300.

Thank You

A basic move, but I've been burned before. Jaime put everything in writing and when the day came, it matched. $8,100. That's integrity.

Brilliant Job

My wife's health required a warmer drier climate as soon as possible. Short timeline and a lot of anxiety leaving Yorkville, IL. Jerry took it in stride, expedited the schedule, and made sure the crew treated our belongings with the same urgency the situation called for. When the new rental in Cross Plains, WI was not ready on the exact day he personally helped us source short term storage. He did not have to. Total $10,700. When your family is going through something hard it matters who you call.

Great Service

Small business run from home means office equipment, inventory, and fragile merchandise mixed in with the regular household. I needed someone who would treat the business side like a commercial job. Philip brought specialized packing materials, created a separate inventory for the business items, and loaded them so they could be offloaded straight into the new home office in Durham, NC. Unboxing was smooth because of that organization. Bill $8,500.

Best Crew

Two teachers. Combined home has enough books to stock a small library, somewhere north of two thousand volumes in a very specific system across multiple bookcases. Jerry did not flinch. Brought extra medium boxes for books, reminded us not to pack them too heavy, and asked us to walk him through the shelving system so the crew could keep the books in order. When we arrived in Atlanta, GA the books were stacked in labeled groups that matched our original categorization. Setup took half the time. Cost $8,400.
