Philip built the route stop into the plan leaving Austin, TX, adjusted truck capacity for the additional items, and handled the elderly couple at the pickup with remarkable warmth and patience. My in laws were so touched by how he and the crew treated their belongings that they asked for his card for when they eventually need to downsize. I research everything obsessively before making a decision. Spent three weeks evaluating moving companies for the trip from Magnolia, TX. Had a twelve question vetting list. Best Crew

Two teachers. Combined home has enough books to stock a small library, somewhere north of two thousand volumes in a very specific system across multiple bookcases. Jerry did not flinch. Brought extra medium boxes for books, reminded us not to pack them too heavy, and asked us to walk him through the shelving system so the crew could keep the books in order. When we arrived in Atlanta, GA the books were stacked in labeled groups that matched our original categorization. Setup took half the time. Cost $8,400.

On the day the crew used furniture dollies, floor runners, corner guards on every doorframe, stretch wrap on every upholstered piece. Not a wall scuffed. Not a floor scratched. Custom workshop tools inventoried and padded with the same care as the furniture. Everything solid in Bainbridge, GA. Bill $12,300.

Excellent

Moving at the same time our youngest was leaving for college. Two enormous transitions happening simultaneously from New Brunswick, NJ. Packing up our child's room felt different from packing up everything else. John noticed the emotion in my face when the crew started on that room. Quietly reassigned it to himself and his most careful crew member. The two of them handled every item with the care the moment deserved. Room arrived perfectly in Knoxville, TN. He even helped us set it up as a guest room that still felt like it could be his when he came home. Cost $9,900. Sensitivity to the emotional layers of a move is rare and wonderful.

Great Service

Small business run from home means office equipment, inventory, and fragile merchandise mixed in with the regular household. I needed someone who would treat the business side like a commercial job. Philip brought specialized packing materials, created a separate inventory for the business items, and loaded them so they could be offloaded straight into the new home office in Durham, NC. The Worst Moving Experiance Ever

I personally had the worst experience in my life time with A Plus Moving & Storage from the moment they showed up at my door. The driver had a terrible attitude when he walked in the door and even the loading crew brought it up how the driver treated them. The loading crew was very good packing our contents but they told me that they are independent, The unloading crew was the worst I've ever experienced. My furniture arrived with several being damaged. I sent photos of the damaged furniture, including the mirrior on our curio cabinet which I told the Company that I got an estimate for the mirrior and it was $500.00 and they offered me $150.00. I said to the lady I was speaking to that doesn't even cover the mirror and what about all the other damaged furniture and she said she would talk to whoever she has to get approval from and she came back with an offer to settle for $350.00. I told her that didn't even cover the damaged mirror in the curio cabinet and her reply was they delivered my furniture in two days and I asked what that has to do with the furniture damages and she said it was a quick delivery and less items get damaged....There were several pieces of furniture that were damaged including dressers, tables, headboards, The people that I originally spoke with wouldn't return any of my calls the day of the move but I did hear from a guy that was rude on the phone to myself and my wife. My wife tried to explain to him about our issues we were having with the move and he told my wife that the driver said that we were rude...I guess he believed the driver over what we were explaining. In my opinion from the experience my wife and I had, I wouldn't use this company for anything, I won't recommend them to any Friends or Family because I wouldn't want them to experience what I did. If I could...I would have given A Plus Moving & Storage a "ZERO"!!!

Multi generational household. My parents, my wife and me, and our two teenagers, all sharing a large home in Las Cruces, NM that we were splitting into two separate households. Genuinely complex. Needed to divide shared belongings fairly, keep certain sentimental items clearly attributed, and deliver to two different addresses on the same day in Largo, FL. John created a detailed split plan. Every shared item pre labeled with its destination household before moving day. Trucks staged at the two delivery addresses in sequence and the crew never mixed a single item. Both households set up the same evening. My parents in their new place, we in ours, and nobody argued about the coffee table. Cost for the full two destination move $10,200. Made an inherently complicated family situation completely clean.

Jerry took it in stride, expedited the schedule, and made sure the crew treated our belongings with the same urgency the situation called for. When the new rental in Cross Plains, WI was not ready on the exact day he personally helped us source short term storage. He did not have to. Total $10,700. When your family is going through something hard it matters who you call.

Brilliant Job!!

Large family. Seven children, four bedroom home, lifestyle that generates an enormous amount of stuff leaving Warner Robins, GA. Required genuine logistics expertise. Jaime sent the largest truck and a full crew of six. Assigned each older child a specific role in the process, keeping them busy and giving them ownership of the move, while the crew handled the heavy lifting. Organized the loading by destination room at the new house in Dallas, TX, which made the unloading process remarkably efficient. Every child's room was set up before he and the crew left, which meant bedtime that night was completely normal. Cost for a genuinely massive household move $13,000. Managed the beautiful chaos of a big family with skill, humor, and heart.
