Awesome experience. My move wasn't huge, but the guys worked extremely hard. I did shop around for more estimates before I decided to use them and they offered me the best deal. When I move again, I will use A-Plus Moving & Storage.
Took great care to ensure no damages to my stuff. My coordinator Jesse were also very efficient and professional. I would use them again
Great job! Nicest people, loaded everything quickly and professionally. Packed the 26’ Uhaul perfectly and everything made it to the destination great. Thanks Angie and guys!
Significant collection of vintage and exotic musical instruments. 1930s upright bass, several pre war guitars, two vintage keyboard instruments, collection of world percussion instruments from various countries. These are not just instruments. They are cultural artifacts with irreplaceable value leaving Phoenix, AZ. Required a company willing to treat them that way. Philip consulted with a vintage instrument specialist before the move and built specific handling protocols for each piece. Pre war guitars humidity monitored during transport. Vintage bass cradled in custom foam. World percussion instruments individually wrapped and cataloged. Every single piece arrived in perfect condition in Lyons, IL. Cost $14,300. Dedication to protecting what is irreplaceable is extraordinary.
Everyone that I worked with was helpful. The crew worked efficiently. I did need some packing when the crew showed up which did end up costing me a bit more but it was worth it. I recommend A Plus Moving.
Absolutely amazing company and really lovely staff. Moving day was very long but guys were so patient and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and took great care of all our breakables.
I have known this company for at least some years, a serious company with a high level of service and expertise in moving, particularly overseas.
I personally had the worst experience in my life time with A Plus Moving & Storage from the moment they showed up at my door. The driver had a terrible attitude when he walked in the door and even the loading crew brought it up how the driver treated them. The loading crew was very good packing our contents but they told me that they are independent, The unloading crew was the worst I've ever experienced. My furniture arrived with several being damaged. I sent photos of the damaged furniture, including the mirrior on our curio cabinet which I told the Company that I got an estimate for the mirrior and it was $500.00 and they offered me $150.00. I said to the lady I was speaking to that doesn't even cover the mirror and what about all the other damaged furniture and she said she would talk to whoever she has to get approval from and she came back with an offer to settle for $350.00. I told her that didn't even cover the damaged mirror in the curio cabinet and her reply was they delivered my furniture in two days and I asked what that has to do with the furniture damages and she said it was a quick delivery and less items get damaged....There were several pieces of furniture that were damaged including dressers, tables, headboards, The people that I originally spoke with wouldn't return any of my calls the day of the move but I did hear from a guy that was rude on the phone to myself and my wife. My wife tried to explain to him about our issues we were having with the move and he told my wife that the driver said that we were rude...I guess he believed the driver over what we were explaining. In my opinion from the experience my wife and I had, I wouldn't use this company for anything, I won't recommend them to any Friends or Family because I wouldn't want them to experience what I did. If I could...I would have given A Plus Moving & Storage a "ZERO"!!!
I've used their service for my move about a month ago. They were great. Arrived on time, packed professionally, and charged me reasonable price. Recommended.
Moving can be a nightmare, but they made it a breeze! From the initial quote to the final box unloaded, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They saved the day..
