Packing up our child's room felt different from packing up everything else. John noticed the emotion in my face when the crew started on that room. Quietly reassigned it to himself and his most careful crew member. The two of them handled every item with the care the moment deserved. Room arrived perfectly in Knoxville, TN. Perfect Movers

Surprise promotion, five weeks notice, three kids, two cats, fourteen years of accumulated life in the house in Fort Worth, TX. I called in a mild panic. Jaime answered with complete calm. Home cook with a serious kitchen. Commercial grade range, double oven, professional refrigeration, about thirty boxes of cookware, bakeware, small appliances, and pantry goods. Getting all of this packed, transported, and set up without damage mattered leaving Piedmont, AL. Jerry handled the kitchen like a chef handles mise en place. Everything categorized, protected, and placed in a sequence that made perfect sense. Commercial range required specialty rigging to get out of the kitchen, which he had planned for. At delivery in Virginia Beach, VA the kitchen was the first room completely operational. We cooked dinner the night of delivery. Cost $10,400.

Needed to combine the main move with a stop to pick up furniture from my wife's parents. They were giving us pieces they no longer needed. Philip built the route stop into the plan leaving Austin, TX, adjusted truck capacity for the additional items, and handled the elderly couple at the pickup with remarkable warmth and patience. My in laws were so touched by how he and the crew treated their belongings that they asked for his card for when they eventually need to downsize. Large organic garden and a greenhouse full of plants, about two hundred of them, that we were absolutely not leaving behind in Portland, OR. Chris had moved plants before. Arranged for the greenhouse items to be the very last thing loaded and the very first thing off the truck, minimizing time in transit. Chose a truck placement that maximized airflow and kept them in a temperature stable section. Coordinated a direct route to minimize travel time for the living cargo. Every single plant arrived healthy in Atlanta, GA. Garden started producing in the new location within weeks. Cost $8,400. The Worst Moving Experiance Ever

I personally had the worst experience in my life time with A Plus Moving & Storage from the moment they showed up at my door. The driver had a terrible attitude when he walked in the door and even the loading crew brought it up how the driver treated them. The loading crew was very good packing our contents but they told me that they are independent, The unloading crew was the worst I've ever experienced. My furniture arrived with several being damaged. I sent photos of the damaged furniture, including the mirrior on our curio cabinet which I told the Company that I got an estimate for the mirrior and it was $500.00 and they offered me $150.00. I said to the lady I was speaking to that doesn't even cover the mirror and what about all the other damaged furniture and she said she would talk to whoever she has to get approval from and she came back with an offer to settle for $350.00. I told her that didn't even cover the damaged mirror in the curio cabinet and her reply was they delivered my furniture in two days and I asked what that has to do with the furniture damages and she said it was a quick delivery and less items get damaged....There were several pieces of furniture that were damaged including dressers, tables, headboards, The people that I originally spoke with wouldn't return any of my calls the day of the move but I did hear from a guy that was rude on the phone to myself and my wife. My wife tried to explain to him about our issues we were having with the move and he told my wife that the driver said that we were rude...I guess he believed the driver over what we were explaining. In my opinion from the experience my wife and I had, I wouldn't use this company for anything, I won't recommend them to any Friends or Family because I wouldn't want them to experience what I did. If I could...I would have given A Plus Moving & Storage a "ZERO"!!!

Both doctors with unpredictable schedules. We needed a company that could work around us rather than the other way around leaving Eden Prairie, MN. When Jaime said just tell me your constraints and I will build the plan around them, I knew we were in good hands. Confirmed the schedule twice in the week before, accommodated a last minute start time shift when my wife got called in for an early surgery, ran the entire day without needing either of us present for more than about thirty minutes total. Multi generational household. My parents, my wife and me, and our two teenagers, all sharing a large home in Las Cruces, NM that we were splitting into two separate households. Genuinely complex. Needed to divide shared belongings fairly, keep certain sentimental items clearly attributed, and deliver to two different addresses on the same day in Largo, FL. John created a detailed split plan. Every shared item pre labeled with its destination household before moving day. Trucks staged at the two delivery addresses in sequence and the crew never mixed a single item. Both households set up the same evening. My parents in their new place, we in ours, and nobody argued about the coffee table. Cost for the full two destination move $10,200. Made an inherently complicated family situation completely clean.
