Moving company in Fort Worth, TX
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Low ball offering, hard to work with, hard to communicate with, damaged goods, not professional at all.
James was fantastic! Communicated thoughly and arrived on time. Handled all my possessions with care and was friendly throughout the process
I am a return customer for a reason. The first time I used A&M, was just to haul my stuff. But my second time, they actually PACKED AND MOVED my stuff. Tony and his team were exceptional. They were meticulous in wrapping my stuff. They all arrived safe and secure. They even helped me to mount my bed. They made my moving experience very stress free. They even called after the delivery to enquire about my experience, especially with their movers/loaders! That’s top customer service right there. From now on, if I have to move again, A&M MOVING SERVICES ALL THE WAY!!!!
This company is amazing, they helped me to move and they gave me a good discount with high quality, I didn’t believe that and every item was clean and so good, i was scared they broke something but they didn’t, i advise anyone will move to call them
Had a full packing service, which I would highly recommend! The movers turned up and packed everything, including garden equipment, plants, pots, etc. They treated our things with care and professionalism, and nothing was too much trouble. These guys are the best!
Movers arrived on time and managed to load the truck quickly, sensitive items were covered with thick blankets. Delivery was also on time, overall the service was decent. Communication could be better. Exceptional teamwork!
A&M Moving and Shipping are professional, very hard workers, punctual and don’t wasted time to complete the job. Thank you.
The moving crew was easy to work with and cared for my items. My antiques and breakable paintings had to be moved. They dispatched a crew that was well-versed in delicate matters. Everything arrived at my new house in excellent shape. Their diligence helped to calm and ease my transfer.
The guys were professional and courteous during pickup and delivery. They were on time during pickup and delivered my furniture ahead of schedule on small (450 cuft) load from Texas to Colorado. Everything was in good condition and complete. Great service! I would definitely use them again.
Best moving experience I’ve had. It only took a few minutes on the phone to get a quote and schedule. The two movers were fun and conversational which made the move so much more comfortable. No items were damaged and everything was placed where we wanted. I would recommend A&M to everyone who is doing a move and is looking for a quality service at an affordable price.
