Read More This was one of the moving companies I have ever worked with. First, they were rude when they showed up to pack the stuff and then charged more than they quoted. They then apparently lost the items and would not tell me where or when the items would get to the final destination. All they would tell me was that it was in transit and that they would call me back, which they never did. Prior to the late arrival of the furniture, the driver threatened to not deliver the furniture unless he was paid in cash, which was not part of the initial agreement. Then the mover arrived and only one person was available to move the stuff. My cousins has to unwrap the furniture and fold the blankets, etc. Terrible company

They charged $2000 more the day of pick up. The day of delivery, only the truck driver arrived. I paid in cask and the truck driver comeback later saying that I still owe ... Read More They charged $2000 more the day of pick up. The day of delivery, only the truck driver arrived. I paid in cask and the truck driver comeback later saying that I still owe him $300. The other two guys never came to help. The police come over and manage to settle the driver to get the stuff out of the truck. We had to help the driver moving the stuff, nonmoney back. Worst moving experience

The movers were very careful not to damage my home's walls or floors. They wrapped and cushioned all of my belongings with extreme care. Recommended! They carefully loaded my belongings onto the truck, using sturdy straps for extra protection. I was very impressed!

Read More I would give them ZERO stars, if I could. They lied, they kept my down payment, their customer service people are trained to keep your money even when they provided no service. I spoke with a salesman, a guy named Dennis, and signed the sales contract for about $2,000, and he said he'd be with me every step of the way. I never heard from him again! On moving day, these two short guys (ESL) showed up in an Enterprise rental truck, their butt cracks showing, eating chips, and said that it would cost $6,000 to move me. BAIT AND SWITCH! I couldn't get my down payment of $833 back from the crooks. I sent those two guys away and found another moving company for the next day.
