One of the worst experiences I've had in years.

One of the worst experiences I've had in years. Three men showed up in my home to move my furniture and boxes to my new address. One of them was incredibly rude and another one of them was very, very sick and stoned, and was in my bathroom for almost 45 minutes throwing up and defacating all over my bathroom. Literally there was poop in my bathtub. They scratched the floors and lost several items. Do not hire this company. Check the BBB to see further horrible reviews.

I am very disappointed that the damage was not taken care of.

My refrigerator was badly damaged during the move. The owner told me several times he would come out and take a look at it to see what needed to be done but after numerous texts back-and-forth, he never followed through with any of the things he said he would do. I am still left with a badly damaged fridge and no follow up from the company. I was very happy with the movers until that point and I’ve been very disappointed that this issue was not taken care of. I checked with the moving company prior to using them and they assured me that they had insurance. Very nice guys but I am very disappointed that the damage was not taken care of.

This is by far the worst moving company.

This is by far the worst moving company. They showed up 3 hours late. I was promised 4 guys they only gave me 2. Than another 2 showed up 3 hours later. They left garbage around both properties, they broke multiple items and they have insurance claims that provide you with barely enough money to get knockoffs of the items they broke. They want you to pay in cash, which you shouldn't. They also have the nerve to ask you for a tip afterwards. After this experience my kid doesn't have a crib to sleep in. They will take forever for an insurance claim. Do not use this company. The reviews have to be fake. If anyone wants to reply and ask questions I will certainly respond, because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. This company cost me a lot of money and time. Do yourself a favor, and look else where. You have been warned.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and I lost a lot of furniture that this company refused to transport even though it was detailed in the list and no one from the company solved it for me, not even the executive who took my order answered the phone or the emails, It was truly terrible. I don't recommend it.

Scammers.

After confirming the move, the team cancelled the day before I was supposed to move. They didn't even tell me they were cancelling. I reached out to follow up on the move only to find out they would not be handling the move.

Very Overpriced.

I called for an estimate, wasted 10 min giving all the info, in the end just to say it costs ~ $750 for a small move, three hours, 2 people, around 15 miles. Please shop around people, average quote other companies are offering is around $350 range for the same service - overpriced!!

Choose someone else.

If you’re looking for a moving company look somewhere else don’t choose this one they damage your furniture and when your time is up they double charge and take twice as long.

Potential Customers Beware!!

Potential Customers Beware!!! I am the manager of a Self Storage Property. This company was used by one of my customers to move property into a unit. While here, the driver of the A to Z truck, hit the side of one of my buildings causing significant damage. Which he denied. Despite video evidence, the owner of this company has refused to acknowledge responsibility, knowing that if we cant get is resolved his customer may be on the hook for payment of repairs. I am disappointed in the lack of integrity shown by this business owner and his employees.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be put out of business. The mover hit my parked car with his truck when he arrived at my home, damaging the side mirror. He offered to reduce my total moving fee to cover the damage, which I refused since car insurance companies need to handle these sorts of events. When I called the company number, I spoke with their manager who was INCREDIBLY rude, and refused to give me the company's insurance policy number. He called me unreasonable and then hung up on me... My insurance company did an investigation, and it turns out that truck is not on the company's policy, and therefor their policy does not cover the accident. No wonder he refused to give me their policy number! I am now pursuing legal action to get them to pay for the damage. This company is not to be trusted, and is operating illegally. In addition, the movers damaged several of our items, including scratching our brand new wood table, due to poor wrapping and setting it on it's side for transport. We didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the two guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

One guy showed up 5 hrs. late, moved most of my things to my living room and left. I called over and over with no answer. I finally received a text message saying I won't be receiving service and my deposit was refunded. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
