Company called me 10 minutes before a scheduled move to tell me their truck broke down. They have no back up trucks or movers. Entire move completely ruined.
They are the worst movers ever. They actually put my furniture out side the truck and moved it across country in the rain and damaged all my stuff. They didn't even tell me that my stuff were damaged and than they had the audacity to ask for payment. I was stupid and didn't buy insurance but smart enough to take pictures of my stuff tide to the back of the truck and with that I proved that they breached there contract. please ask to meet them at station that is how I saw my stuff tide to the back of the truck.
Unreliable, unprofessional, amateur people. I hired two movers on hourly basis last Saturday for loading and unloading. At the end of first two hours one guy has jumped into his car and left without saying anything. I started carrying with the only guy left so we can finish the work. One hour later he said "he has some other work he has to go". without finishing the move. I called the owner he said he will send two new people next day - Sunday morning. Sunday morning I call and he texted back saying that no one is working on Sunday they will come back on Monday. Monday morning I called again, he says they are not available till Wednesday. They also broke the floor lamp to pieces. Deeply scratched the dinner table and book shelf. Dropped the couch to the ground while unloading. Stay away and avoid at all costs.
One guy showed up 5 hrs. late, moved most of my things to my living room and left. I called over and over with no answer. I finally received a text message saying I won't be receiving service and my deposit was refunded. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
Potential Customers Beware!!! I am the manager of a Self Storage Property. This company was used by one of my customers to move property into a unit. While here, the driver of the A to Z truck, hit the side of one of my buildings causing significant damage. Which he denied. Despite video evidence, the owner of this company has refused to acknowledge responsibility, knowing that if we cant get is resolved his customer may be on the hook for payment of repairs. I am disappointed in the lack of integrity shown by this business owner and his employees.
After confirming the move, the team cancelled the day before I was supposed to move. They didn't even tell me they were cancelling. I reached out to follow up on the move only to find out they would not be handling the move.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be put out of business. The mover hit my parked car with his truck when he arrived at my home, damaging the side mirror. He offered to reduce my total moving fee to cover the damage, which I refused since car insurance companies need to handle these sorts of events. When I called the company number, I spoke with their manager who was INCREDIBLY rude, and refused to give me the company's insurance policy number. He called me unreasonable and then hung up on me... My insurance company did an investigation, and it turns out that truck is not on the company's policy, and therefor their policy does not cover the accident. No wonder he refused to give me their policy number! I am now pursuing legal action to get them to pay for the damage. This company is not to be trusted, and is operating illegally. In addition, the movers damaged several of our items, including scratching our brand new wood table, due to poor wrapping and setting it on it's side for transport. We didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the two guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
One of the worst experiences I've had in years. Three men showed up in my home to move my furniture and boxes to my new address. One of them was incredibly rude and another one of them was very, very sick and stoned, and was in my bathroom for almost 45 minutes throwing up and defacating all over my bathroom. Literally there was poop in my bathtub. They scratched the floors and lost several items. Do not hire this company. Check the BBB to see further horrible reviews.
I have called them multiple times during their business hours and no answer. Left voicemails and no returned calls. Very unprofessional.
Awful experience. They put holes in a $6000 mattress and refused to take responsibility for it and broke a dresser beyond repair in which they offered $40 for compensation. They did not move 1/3 of the stuff we had in our inventory to move and still took 5 hours. We are now dealing with better business bureau filing a complaint against them and they have lied to make themselves seem better. Highly highly recommend using literally anyone else in the area for moving. I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else.
