By far my worst experience with a company.

Movers broke my window and wouldn't pay for it because they did a "full investigation" (they asked their movers if they broke the window and they said no). It was heavy impact damage so there was a source of impact and cracking around that source on the window and the mover told me it couldn't be from them because sometimes light cracks windows (??? it was a double paned window and only the interior pane was damaged). How does a window that wasn't broken the previous day but after they're done moving heavy furniture becomes broken? I'm moving again and will not be using their services.

Unreliable, unprofessional, amateur people.

Unreliable, unprofessional, amateur people. I hired two movers on hourly basis last Saturday for loading and unloading. At the end of first two hours one guy has jumped into his car and left without saying anything. I started carrying with the only guy left so we can finish the work. One hour later he said "he has some other work he has to go". without finishing the move. I called the owner he said he will send two new people next day - Sunday morning. Sunday morning I call and he texted back saying that no one is working on Sunday they will come back on Monday. Monday morning I called again, he says they are not available till Wednesday. They also broke the floor lamp to pieces. Deeply scratched the dinner table and book shelf. Dropped the couch to the ground while unloading. Stay away and avoid at all costs.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

One guy showed up 5 hrs. late, moved most of my things to my living room and left. I called over and over with no answer. I finally received a text message saying I won't be receiving service and my deposit was refunded. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Terrible customer service.

I am still waiting for him to repair or refund my money for damages to my couch for two months now. He at first seemed to be addressing the issue but now does not respond to me. The leather couch is only 2 years old and now has punctures in the leather because his guys failed to wrap it in the plastic wrap and drape with the appropriate blankets which I provided! I will be disputing the charge with my cc company. Terrible customer service.

Choose someone else.

If you’re looking for a moving company look somewhere else don’t choose this one they damage your furniture and when your time is up they double charge and take twice as long.

I am very disappointed that the damage was not taken care of.

My refrigerator was badly damaged during the move. The owner told me several times he would come out and take a look at it to see what needed to be done but after numerous texts back-and-forth, he never followed through with any of the things he said he would do. I am still left with a badly damaged fridge and no follow up from the company. I was very happy with the movers until that point and I’ve been very disappointed that this issue was not taken care of. I checked with the moving company prior to using them and they assured me that they had insurance. Very nice guys but I am very disappointed that the damage was not taken care of.

One of the worst experiences I've had in years.

One of the worst experiences I've had in years. Three men showed up in my home to move my furniture and boxes to my new address. One of them was incredibly rude and another one of them was very, very sick and stoned, and was in my bathroom for almost 45 minutes throwing up and defacating all over my bathroom. Literally there was poop in my bathtub. They scratched the floors and lost several items. Do not hire this company. Check the BBB to see further horrible reviews.

Company called me 10 minutes before a scheduled move to tell me their truck broke down. They have no back up trucks or movers. Entire move completely ruined.

Completely unprofessional and rude.

Completely unprofessional and rude. There are plenty of other local moving companies and I implore you to try them out instead. This company was extremely rude to a close friend who had a misunderstanding over timeframe. The person on the other end proceeded to unnecessarily berate her and tell her she was not important. Was he having a bad day? Then stay home. Find a business that is professional who understands customer service, this definitely isn’t the one. I will be letting my clients and contacts know that this company is a joke and will steer them in another direction. Do better.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be put out of business. The mover hit my parked car with his truck when he arrived at my home, damaging the side mirror. He offered to reduce my total moving fee to cover the damage, which I refused since car insurance companies need to handle these sorts of events. When I called the company number, I spoke with their manager who was INCREDIBLY rude, and refused to give me the company's insurance policy number. He called me unreasonable and then hung up on me... My insurance company did an investigation, and it turns out that truck is not on the company's policy, and therefor their policy does not cover the accident. No wonder he refused to give me their policy number! I am now pursuing legal action to get them to pay for the damage. This company is not to be trusted, and is operating illegally. In addition, the movers damaged several of our items, including scratching our brand new wood table, due to poor wrapping and setting it on it's side for transport. We didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the two guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
