I would not recommend this company.

Furniture moving blankets were not used for large furniture. Have a large scratch on a $5k Amish made table and a huge dent on the refrigerator door. One of the brackets on the top part of the leather couch was broken where the top inserts into the bottom. Furniture was just left in rooms leaving us to unwrap the plastic and put where we wanted. I filled out a damage form day of move and was told I would be contacted. I was not contacted and have been hung up on when I tried to reach out for compensation. I would not recommend this company.

GREAT moving experience

Relocating a café can be quite challenging, but 3 Brothers Moving made it a hassle-free experience. Their team carefully planned and executed the move, minimizing disruption to my business. I was impressed with their ability to safely transport our fragile equipment, furniture, and delicate crockery, showcasing their expertise in café relocations. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. 5-star rating for them!

BAD PEOPLE!

This was one of the moving companies I have ever worked with. First, they were rude when they showed up to pack the stuff and then charged more than they quoted. They then apparently lost the items and would not tell me where or when the items would get to the final destination. All they would tell me was that it was in transit and that they would call me back, which they never did. Prior to the late arrival of the furniture, the driver threatened to not deliver the furniture unless he was paid in cash, which was not part of the initial agreement. Then the mover arrived and only one person was available to move the stuff. My cousins has to unwrap the furniture and fold the blankets, etc. Terrible company

One of the worst experiences I've had in years.

One of the worst experiences I've had in years. Three men showed up in my home to move my furniture and boxes to my new address. One of them was incredibly rude and another one of them was very, very sick and stoned, and was in my bathroom for almost 45 minutes throwing up and defacating all over my bathroom. Literally there was poop in my bathtub. They scratched the floors and lost several items. Do not hire this company. Check the BBB to see further horrible reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be put out of business. The mover hit my parked car with his truck when he arrived at my home, damaging the side mirror. He offered to reduce my total moving fee to cover the damage, which I refused since car insurance companies need to handle these sorts of events. When I called the company number, I spoke with their manager who was INCREDIBLY rude, and refused to give me the company's insurance policy number. He called me unreasonable and then hung up on me... My insurance company did an investigation, and it turns out that truck is not on the company's policy, and therefor their policy does not cover the accident. No wonder he refused to give me their policy number! I am now pursuing legal action to get them to pay for the damage. This company is not to be trusted, and is operating illegally. In addition, the movers damaged several of our items, including scratching our brand new wood table, due to poor wrapping and setting it on it's side for transport. We didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the two guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst !!!

I would give them ZERO stars, if I could. They lied, they kept my down payment, their customer service people are trained to keep your money even when they provided no service. I spoke with a salesman, a guy named Dennis, and signed the sales contract for about $2,000, and he said he'd be with me every step of the way. I never heard from him again! On moving day, these two short guys (ESL) showed up in an Enterprise rental truck, their butt cracks showing, eating chips, and said that it would cost $6,000 to move me. BAIT AND SWITCH! I couldn't get my down payment of $833 back from the crooks. I sent those two guys away and found another moving company for the next day.
