This company initially quoted $5000 but then offered a discounted rate of $3000, requiring a deposit of $1350, claiming that paying immediately would secure this price. H ... Read More This company initially quoted $5000 but then offered a discounted rate of $3000, requiring a deposit of $1350, claiming that paying immediately would secure this price. However, during the second assessment, they quoted $8-9000 and demanded an additional deposit of $3000. When I said I needed time to think about it, they ignored my request and insisted that I decide within five minutes, warning that if I missed this chance, their system would be unable to update the list and the initial $1350 deposit would be non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of the reservation date. Despite my request to speak with a manager, I received no call back and ended up losing the $1350 deposit just for making a few phone calls. I strongly advise against using such an unprofessional and inconsiderate company for moving services.

On moving day, our movers showed up on time and worked carefully. They were an hour faster than expected, and all of our furniture was in pristine shape when it arrived. We will definitely need them for our next move!
