My moving coordinator was also exceptional at his job, he handled every minor detail and ensured the smoothest delivery possible for me. I will hire them again in the future too!

Read More This company is run efficiently, and our moving and storage worked well. Had items in storage 6 months, and the move was completed last Saturday. Items were not damaged, nor dirty or dusty. We recommend Safebound, from sales (Romo), storage, and the actual move. We couldn't have been more pleased. Brett and his crew did excellent on move in and were very patient with us as we directed them around the home for placement! They set up beds, put together power recliners. Thank you, gentlemen!

Read More I simply couldn’t have asked for a better moving coordinator. He took responsibility and managed my entire move on his own from start to finish. I felt at ease knowing I had a sensible man handling my long-distance move. I have nothing but respect for him!

Read More Patric with the handlebar mustache lied about costs and hides behind the word "estimate". I agreed to packing and delivery services and was told my estimate was based on if I stopped packing at the time the video interview was conducted and that price could go DOWN if I were to continue packing as their would be less things for the movers to pack. We packed for 2 days, assuming price probably wouldn't go down but we would pack some things the way we wanted. Even after 2 days worth of packing they somehow figured I now owe over 30% of what I agreed to. I didn't hide anything and opened every drawer, I know the movers business can be pretty dirty and mitigated as much as I could ... The movers mentioned Kaylee would be able to assist me, all of the sales reps answering the phone either pretended to be her or lied and said she didn't work there. When I finally got through to Kaylee she asked me to wait a few days to investigate, she confirmed things were off and not done correctly and agreed to refund. Not only was the refund not completed but then she stopped answering my calls and texts. They overcharged me 30% for an "all-in" price. The entire experience was traumatic, they took advantage of 2 disabled clients... Terrible way to run a business... I wish I had taken what could fit in my car and throw out the rest, the way I was treated literally caused anxiety attacks several times and the sentiment wasn't worth the hassle of trying to salvage my items - good luck if you proceed with them.

Leo gave me so many tips to save me time come moving day. The guys are hard-working, professional and their quote was spot on. They are dedicated throughout the entire process. They had the truck packed up in no time. As soon as I saw them in action, they instantly took my stress away.
