Read More Where do I start?... With the multiple up-charges, the extremely delayed delivery, the inability to fit all my items into the space I reserved, lies after lies. Overpromise and Underdeliver- literally. My move was from CO to PA, 1800 miles with roughly 1600 cu ft of household goods. NXT Level Moving (the broker) hired Big Shoulders Moving & Storage LLC to move my items. Big Shoulder's loaded my items in CO on Aug 20th and they set a delivery date in PA for Aug 31st-Sept 2nd. That is what they told me to plan for. Nope, it took them OVER a month after moving into our new home to see our items delivered. Leaving my family including my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter without any furniture/toys/kitchenware and having to sleep on a blow-up mattress' while this horrendous company sat on their hands saying "there is nothing we can do about it." We were left completely helpless and were fed multiple different stories/excuses as updates to which made no sense and they could never tell us where our goods were and when we could expect them. NXT Level Moving initially quoted me a price that was competitive with others received. After the final inventory call only 2 days before pickup their algorithm thought that that the cubic ft would be about 500 more so they wanted to charge me an EXTRA nearly $5,000 more. I decided to sell some items to lower the up-charge to only $3,000 more. Even after being completely honest with my inventory list, the truck they brought for pickup still did not fit all my inventory listed and I had to sell more personal items privately that they left behind. You can imagine the storm of crap they created for me when I simply wanted to move. The driver for Big Shoulder's who picked up my items specifically told me that the truck they loaded was going straight to PA and it will be ready for delivery when we are ready for it. That was a complete lie and this is when the stories/excuses/lies started. The first story we were told was that the truck actually went to a storage facility in TX. Then a week later we were told that the truck broke down at the CO/KS border. Then after weeks have now past and still no updates/delivery date estimated, we were told the truck broke down again and was out of commission for a few days. Once we were updated that it was back on the road we were told they hit traffic/accident and the delay would be an extra 2-3 days. Are you kidding me!..A traffic delay might take 2-3 hours, not 2-3 days. Lie after lie. When we finally got our items delivered on Oct 6th. TOTAL 46 DAYS to deliver- they originally told us approx 10 DAYS. I found out the driver worked for a completely different company (MB Transportation) and said he picked up my items in a storage facility in CO on Friday and had it delivered on Monday…Why couldn’t that have gotten done a month ago!!?? Apparently what happened is after Big Shoulder's sat on their hands for over a month, they finally sold the contract to a different company…Why couldn’t NXT Level Moving negotiate that for me!!?? Why weren't they transparent with me? Did they even know what was happening? Throughout this process, Big Shoulder's did not answer any phone calls and all the numbers provided had full voicemail boxes where we could not leave messages. NXT Level Moving did answer most of my calls, but when I did get a hold of them the only answer I got was "there is nothing we can do" because at that point we were "under the mercy of the transportation companies" This has absolutely the worst business experience I have ever been associated with. Reading other reviews, apparently I am not the only one who has experienced this and these companies need to be brought to justice for putting their clients through the pain and agony of being lied to over and over and left helpless without their personal belongings or a means to manage one's life.. I have certainly learned my lesson and I hope you take the advice and look elsewhere for your moving services.

They are brokers who will misquote you intentionally, because the only service they "actually" promise you is that a mover will show up. Their "quote" is just a lowball number to commit you to a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This means that if they connect you with a mover, the contract is "fulfilled" (don't believe what they say, read it yourself). Your deposit is nonrefundable regardless of whether you actually complete the move. Example: So the mover will show up, triple the price (they will say the broker's quote was wrong or you have more stuff than you said). And you will either have to pay more, or lose your deposit.

Listen to this, they told us we packed our boxes incorrectly and the movers then charged us to take items out of our neatly packed boxes and put them into their boxes. That was an extra 1500 alone. We waited patiently for our shipment to arrive only to have family heirlooms broken, furniture broken, boxes clearly marked FRAGILE were crushed. Some boxes even looked like they were gone through. They kept/lost several items. You can't make this up. It's complete incompetence. Oh yeah, and Nxt Level Moving charged us MORE AGAIN when they delivered because they had to walk a little further than 10 feet to the garage. They refused to take items upstairs.. The delivery guys may have been on drugs. We are beyond disgusted at the way our possessions were treated. We are furious that we actually had to pay at least 35% more than the original quoted price for the privilege of having our belongings ruined. When questioned about making a claim, we were told the damage was our fault. Do Not Use this company. Run! After they get your deposit, it's over.

Read More I scheduled my move with Mark at Nxt Level Moving. He told me they were the movers and it would take 4-7 days to be moved and delivered. First of all NXT Level Moving is only a BROKER and NOT the actual mover. I found that out when a completely different company showed up 2 days late to move me. The proceeded to load my items onto the truck and then held me over a barrel to pay them an EXTRA 2300. WORST experience of my life! I would not recommend my worst enemy to this company. It took them 19 days to deliver my items 550 miles. They were 2 weeks late on delivery and charged me double at the end of it. Broken items and missing items. I tried to put in an insurance claim and they scammed me there too. They offered me $86 for 3 missing boxes, a smashed kitchen table, 2 chairs with no legs, and a TV with a screen that doesn't work. What a joke! Good luck with them.

Read More Alex crew did a superb job at dismantling two king-sized beds when I hired them. They didn’t charge any extra price rates too and put the mattresses in big plastic zip bags to prevent them from damage. Additionally, they wrapped the bedframes in thick cloth and tied a rope around as well. It was truly relieving to see that my things made it over safely. I highly recommend them!
