Read More They were very kind and polite, but most importantly they were extremely efficient and my items arrived in great shape. I’ve used many moving companies, including 2 others in Tampa, and they were by far the best. They mean it when they say no extra fees. It was a flat rate per hour, and that rate includes all “fees” like taxes and credit card fees. I can’t recommend them enough, and will absolutely use them next time I move.

The quote was spot on, no hidden fees, great communication and fair straightforward pricing. The movers Carlos and Francisco showed up promptly at the arranged time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and took great care of my belongings. I recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.

Read More Hands down the best moving experience we have ever had!!! My wife and I have dealt with 4 different moving companies in the past, to include a van line that moved us to another state. And until we had Home2Home Van Lines expertly help us, I've always dreaded dealing with a moving company. There was an expectation of what will go wrong and what will be damaged this time around. From beginning to end the customer service and professionalism of their team blew my mind. I'm happy to let South Florida there is a moving company that knows what they're doing!!!

The booking process was easy, and on moving day the movers were efficient, polite and extremely careful with my belongings. Read More The crew for our Las Vegas move was the most professional. The Foreman Francisco was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They handled all of our furniture with care and left the property clean. When our truck arrived in the new state, the foreman Francisco was so quick to get things put into the right places and we cannot rave enough about how good his work ethic is. We truly appreciate having such a great crew in an already high stressed situation. They were friendly and happy in the morning when they came and it made our day go smooth.

Read More Home2Home Van Lines rescued me when my other movers cancelled on the very last moment. I contacted them in the morning of my move date when I was ready for my other movers. And these guys were so professional and responsive. They took charge of the situation and gave me a great schedule for the move on the same day. They sent 3 guys to do the job, and all 3 of them were so quick and expert at their job. They finished the move of a 3 bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours. I am very impressed and will surely recommend them to my friends.

Read More I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this entire process has been handled. I have kept every receipt, documented every conversation, and recorded all communication throughout this process. At this point, I am seriously considering taking legal action against everyone involved, from Debbie to Keith, and anyone else who misrepresented this service. Keith, who I initially worked with during the booking process, gave me one quote and one delivery timeframe. However, when the movers arrived to pick up my belongings on March 26, I was suddenly charged an additional amount that was never clearly explained beforehand. I was originally told that my items would be delivered no later than April 6. Since my belongings were picked up, I have received no communication. I called repeatedly and could not get answers. When I finally reached one of the movers who picked up my items, he gave me another contact number. When I spoke with that individual, I was told something completely different, that delivery could take up to 45 days. This was never disclosed to me during the original agreement with Keith. When I tried to speak with Debbie about the conflicting information and explain what was originally agreed upon, she was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen. On top of that, most of the contact numbers I was given are now disconnected. The only number that appears to work is Debbie’s, and she is no longer answering my calls. At this point, I do not trust this company. Until my belongings are returned, this feels like theft. If my items are not delivered within the timeframe I was later given, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I also believe I am entitled to a partial refund because the original agreement and delivery timeline were not honored. We are now in May, and my belongings were supposed to arrive by April 6. And I would be reporting this to the Better Bureau
