Read More I used Dumbo Moving twice in the past month for an out of state move from NY to New Hampshire. It was a very tough time dealing with storage companies, deadlines, financial concerns, etc... And Andrew, one of the sales reps, was the most professional, courteous, and most accommodating gentleman I've ever dealt with in terms of movers. Generally, it's been quite the opposite experience. Andrew held my hand through the chaos, last minute changes/deadlines and made it happen! He truly is a consummate professional along with the two men who were assigned to my move on the 11th of September 2023. I cannot say enough about them, they were kind, considerate, hardworking, fast, and accommodating to the nth degree! It would have been difficult to travel with them on the day of the move, so I asked if they would download an app on their own personal device, enter all the info required and make the delivery on their own to a storage unit, and they had no qualms and did it! In the end, they saved me 9 hours of travel that day and when finished, they sent me a picture of the finished product, neatly placed in the new unit. They Rock and I will never forget them!

They moved incredibly quickly but with great care. I would definitely use Dumbo again, and would recommend to anyone looking for NYC movers!

Read More The moving crew skillfully packed my three LEDs and computer unit. They put the remotes, stands, cables and other small accessories in a plastic Ziploc bag and labelled it too. Later they carefully wrapped the bigger ones in plastic covering, covered the edges with durable foam and encased them in cardboard boxes. They arrived unscathed! I couldn’t be more grateful for the superb service!

Read More Phenomenal service! Geroge and David of truck 030 were the best! They were On time, helped us set up and take down all of our furniture and were super fast, easy and efficient. They came very prepared with every item you could think of for the job and left our new home super clean, detailed and nice! 10/10 would definitely call them again the next time I have to move!

Read More I've used Dumbo twice and would definitely recommend their moving services. My possessions were delivered way ahead of the quoted date, which was amazing. I used them a second time recently to transport furniture again from NY to FL when a family member passed away. They are attentive and reply super fast, and the quotes are really great considering the physical moving and driving. The guys doing the moving and driving are so polite and gentle with your belongings. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Read More Scammers & Very Unprofessional Hired this Company to move me from CA to NC. These pal came to pick up my stuff never provided a list of what they took. Original quote was $1235 to pick up my beds, TV’s boxes and 20 storage bins. When I returned to my storage unit, it was still full. They quoted me an additional $2790 to pick up the rest. I do not even have furniture all clothes & minor items. When I called to inquire what they have taken, They couldn’t tell me.
