Read More I used these guys for the first time and had a great experience. Steven from truck 108 was the best mover I've ever used. He was kind, efficient, and very fast. Communicated well before arrival, and showed up a few mins early. Best moving experience I've ever had, and I move quite a lot.

Never again! Despite my bank’s message that “we withdrew money from your account to pay your bill”, a Dumbo employee yelled at me over the phone saying that was not ... Read More Never again! Despite my bank’s message that “we withdrew money from your account to pay your bill”, a Dumbo employee yelled at me over the phone saying that was not true. I ended up having to pay twice, though I will take steps to reverse one of the charges. Not sure I’ve ever seen such unprofessional behavior from a business. Avoid!

Read More My husband and I have had our fair share of moving experiences but Dumbo Movers really delivered. They were beyond communicative and transparent, letting us know exactly where our stuff was and when it would arrive. We moved from NYC to Missouri and we felt beyond grateful to be working with them. They were trustworthy and again very accommodating and transparent. The movers, Vlad and Arthur were also a dream team. They were super fast and efficient. I’m also pregnant and my Husband and I wanted to help them to make the process easier. They reassured us they would handle it and were also so grateful that we were willing to help. Moving is tough and in many cases a real life nightmare. Thank you Dumbo for making this process so easy!!! We will recommend you guys to everyone we know!!

Read More I used dumbo the other day. The two men Christoper Martinez and Christian were EXCELLENT! They came out and wrapped what needed to be wrapped, they also boxed anything that was glass. They simply went above and beyond for me! Got my delivery at the drop off location within less than 48 hours!!! Very helpful, very respectful, and very professional!!! Prices are excellent honestly, you will not find another moving company that is so professional and inexpensive like Dumbo Moving! I will definitely utilize Dumbo again in the future. Thank you so much for your help Dumbo!!!

They were extremely communicative, gave me a great price, and were very very helpful even when I pushed off the date of the move a few times due to my apartment not being ready. The movers I had were on time, had the right sized truck and were efficient and communicative. I was very happy with my issues being resolved to my satisfaction and ownership and integrity. Recommend!!

Mike and John helped me pack some items that I had forgotten. They also gave me advice on how to arrange my stuff in the new location to maximize the available space. That is excellent client service!
