Even the way they neatly stacked our boxes in the truck, ensuring nothing shifted during transport, was impressive. They made moving day a breeze!

They carefully and professionally packed my electronics and furniture well but didn't label my box properly, making unpacking difficult.

Called the day before to confirm and they said they didn't have any installers available even though they confirmed online to install the hitch already. I'm glad I called to confirm this. They said they would call me back with another location that could do the install. I got a call back with a new location that could do the install and they were able to keep my same date and time. The following day I head to the new location and they are absolutely clueless about any installs for the day and they say they are unable to do it due to staffing for the day. Complete waste of time.

Read More The facility is nice but that’s about it. I’ve gone there 12 times this year and 10 times I could not find a single cart to move my stuff. The employees tell me there is a lot of theft in the area “sorry sir”. I’ll have to find a new storage facility that has carts for their paying customers. I’m no expert but what about a check in / check out process for carts. Is it that hard to figure out? Someone cares about the financial contributions of your location. You are losing customers because of poor processes and management of the business. Someone is paying attention to this ?

Read More I can't speak for the company, but I can for the people. I had a bad blowout on the 17 on my company's trailer. The jack and lug wrench were missing from our truck, and I had to pull in to Uhaul's parking lot for a safe place to stop on an absolutely destroyed tire. Even though it was after hours, Mike the manager as well as Travis both helped me out, on their own time and out of the kindness of their hearts. They helped me get the trailer jacked up and got the lug nuts off with an impact, and had the tire swapped in mere minutes. I'd only asked to borrow a jack and wrench for a task that would've taken me 10-20 by myself (the lugs were on there pretty tight!) The enthusiasm and personability of these guys was so amazing, I'd consider driving specifically to this location just to have a pleasant rental experience with them. I'm not joking when I say this was some of the best customer service I've experienced in a decade. UHaul is lucky to have employees like this, just one interaction with them is a shining light on the company as a whole, and if my own business needed employees at the moment, I'd absolutely want to poach them haha! Words cannot express my gratitute, my happiness with the interaction, or my pleasure with these guys' attitudes. UHaul is lucky to have Mike and Travis as employees and I wouldn't hesitate to send customers specifically to this store knowing that if these guys took care of customers half as good as they do for strangers, this location would get nothing but fantastic, excellent feedback!
