I was impressed with their level of organization, follow up, and most of all, the moving team of Amar, Gene and Juan who wrapped my china cabinet very carefully, moved it and reassembled the glass shelves inside as well once delivered. Read More Don’t hire them if you appreciate your belongings, they are disrespectful, rude and careless with your items, they even ripped my new floor is 3 different places of the house, Adrian is the worse excuse of customer service, he was belligerent loud, and flat out acted like somebody kicked his puppy instead of asking what happened during the move when confronted with my issue and refuses to talk to me… I’M ALREADY A VICTIM OF THEIR HORRIBLE COMPANY… DONT BE ME, BE SMART STAY AWAY!

They are easy to deal with, very accommodating, the guys who came to help us move were friendly, fast, and careful with all of our stuff. We couldn't believe how quickly they got everything moved. We even had 2 stops for delivery and it went off without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if we ever need movers.

Read More Very prompt and courteous service, from my initial call with Victor, through the various check-ins and updates. Johan and Johan, provided timely updates about their arrival, and handled my neighborhood's cranky drivers and narrow streets with good humor and skill. They were extremely helpful and responsive and careful in packing my things carefully, and paid carefully attention to special instructions. In the new place, though I was not paying them to put things in order, they did offer suggestions when asked, and took the time to let me put things in order rather than just unload a bunch of boxes in the new place. The final cost was lower than the estimate, which attests to the honesty of the company and the employees: I sure wasn't keeping track of how many wrapping materials they used or how much time it took. In short, the whole move did exactly what I had hoped: It got me through the parts of moving that I dread most, so that I could leave one place easily and start enjoying the new one right away.

There was some minor damage to a couple of my antique furniture pieces that had been in storage, however this was able to be remedied by one of the movers and myself. I would definitely recommend Premium Q Moving and Storage.
